This is absolutely the best boost mobile in Charlotte, NC. They make you feel like family and are very patient and kind. They do phone repairs also. They gave great customer service and made me feel like every dollar spent was well worth it. Take my word for it!! God bless?

Ahmed was extremely helpful with turning on my phone after we had went to a previous boost and the person there didn't turn on the phone and had only activated the SIM card

This location charged $35 activation fee. But according to Boost Mobile FAQs, there is no activation fee. See below:Do I have to pay to activate my phone? Great people who have always helped out with my phones for years. I have brought my whole family to come see Al at Boost Mobile or at the wireless center for phone repair. Friendly staff that have treated us well for years. Good prices and honest treatment. Much more than I could say for most stores these days unfortunately. They genuinely care about the customer not just trying to make a fast buck.

Horrible service. I would give -0 if available. Young lady at the front appears to be unknowledgeable about service and product. Store is a time waster. I give them 6 months b4 their gone because their tired of paying for the store out their pocket.
