Coming from out of town broke my phone & needed it fix asap before I got back on the road. He was able to do it in 10 mins for me & has great customer service. That was PERFECT!!!! 10/10 recommendation

I have been with boost mobile for years now and I tried to get another iPhone and make payments on it and I was told that I could at the end of the month then comes the end of the month and I was told wait another month so I waited just for them to say that I don’t qualify my phone is paid off as a loyal customer I should not have been treated this way

E stayed past his closing time so he can assist me with getting my phone transferred over as it was very important for me to have and he didn't complain not a bit. I didn't realize they closed at 7 until I was leaving out. I appreciate it. Great experience

Went to buy phone two hours later I was still waiting finally they said it was set up.Well 1 hour later all my data was supposedly used up for the rest of the month until Oct 5.So basically my phone is useless They need to be shut down .The price that I paid is definitely not worth what I went through.

I goes there to get Phone they was trying to charge me a arm n leg 250 I goes to boost mobile on s.tryon like 1.5 miles up the street n got the same phon for 140 2 phone to be exact.for 140 not each just 140 you business that gets n black community and try n take advantage of the people. That sad take that nonsense elsewhere .
