Don’t get me wrong I was with boost mobile for a few years you’d think I’d get better customer service after I said I no longer wanted their service for the next upcoming month they proceeded to still automatically take my money and not want to refund me which Is stealing .

Went to this location and the man was very rude and raciest towards us/ people that enter into this boost mobile store. Charges $4.00 extra to pay the bill and ask for a refund back so we could go to another location but refused to give it back and took the money then his attitude start to turn evil.Then had the nerves to throw the recipe to us. Never had an issue before but with boost and this was our first time ever going to this location. This location needs to find someone else that can run it professionally without racism or shut down permanently and he needs to fired. I don’t want any response back from management because you all will still have him working there. Only thing you all will say sorry and that’s not enough.11524 North Tryon StreerCharlotte, NC

Do NOT let the reviews fool you. I first went to this store 02/2023 and the person working was rude and impatient. He tried insisting that he perform tasks (and charge) me for things I can do myself online. I went back today to simply purchase a single sim card to activate at home. He began asking for my information so he could enter the account and activate the card. This would cost extra and I did not want that. He would not allow me to purchase the card without him charging to activate it. I left the store and went a few miles to the store at 6701 N Tryon and bought the card, took it home and activated it myself.

Muhammed was Awesome from the moment I stepped into the store. He helped me upgrade my phone. He helped me set up my new phone. Explained all features and upgrade discounts I had. Great customer service all around. Which is something you don't find these days. Very happy customer. Highly suggest this store.
