The “custumer service” is the worse. But one can’t expect more from a bunch of teenage kids. Never again! They should move this location to Wilkinson where it belongs.

I waited at curbside for 10 minutes and then walked in to pick my order as no one came to deliver at curbside. I then had to wait for another 10 minutes for someone to help at the counter. The she says she has not started on my order, it will take another 15 minutes and I should cancel it on the app. Well, the app does not have cancel option for a order. So we waited. The place is dirty and had food all over the floor.

Eddy is great at getting the fries quickly served to everyone. Fries are 100% the best food here.

This place is not well managed. They use AI for taking your order. Half of what the computer tells you is incorrect. The people working the window were nice though. If only they had what they offer on the menu. Guess that’s the price I pay to eat something that most likely isn’t even real anyway. Do better!! For goodness sake

This place socks! I pull up to the drive-up menu to order from an automated voice system, it gives me the total. So I drive to the window to pay, and this kid with hair hiding his face, tells me that they're unable to process orders in the drive-thru because their system is down. Are you kidding me?!?! So, the stupid system couldn't have told me that?!?! I'll never go this place again! I went to Chick-fil-A instead.
