This is my third time using BMW for scheduled maintenance on my BMW 4 series and each time I've never had problems scheduling an appointment and receiving notifications for upcoming appointments. The greeters here are very professional and they make sure to expedite getting your car checked in and an advisor talks with you.My service advisor Devin Vargo was polite, professional and courteous and definitely took care of me and my car. If you have an appointment, you can expect to wait an hour during busy times even for an oil change. However, their customer lounge is well equipped with comfortable chairs, a work station, television and snacks.Overall, the service here is excellent and goes to show you get what you pay for because yes you do pay a premium price for premium service. I would definitely recommend BMW Service Center and ask for Devin.

This review is for Mr. Ben Trask and BMW service at East Independence. The car was repaired for broken booster covers in front axle. Door closing issue was also fixed. The process of scheduling, getting a loaner car was smooth and the repairs were done greatly. Specifically thanks to Mr. Ben Trask for his professional advice/service and his care for customers. Over years my two vehicles had done repairs and services in this location and the team showed consistency in their quality. Thank you, Limin

I've been dealing with Brian K. at Hendrick BMW for a few years and he always steers me to a great point person, whether it's Tim in sales or Jesse W. in service. I always find the team continually exceeds my expectations by the attention to detail they provide. The video walk through of my vehicles in service or making sure my time is valued by having loaner options available. I'm always taken care of. Definitely recommended this business to others. go see Jesse, Brian or Tim and see for yourself.

Paid $200 for a diagnosis, had the car at the dealer service for over 2 weeks and they were still not able to diagnose after replacing over $2,000 of parts under warranty. Definitely not the place for service if you're paying out of pocket, as they seem to only replace parts and not actually diagnose.

They Finally Listened!!Last month I brought my 2021 x3 to the South Blvd location to have my brakes checked. I was taken aback to learn I needed rear brakes which included replacement of rotors. Price tag $$$$. I was quite frustrated as I have been to the south service dealership many times over the course of the year for service and often complained about brake noise to be told the noise is normal or you do not need brakes at this time. With no other recourse I paid but asked for the info for the Manager to share my experience. I shared my experience with the manager via email and phone call and alerted him I was still hearing noise from the brakes. I was told again that the noise was normal. A couple weeks later my brake fluid light came on. I decided to make an appointment at the Independence location for service and requested they check out the brake noise. My advisor David Owen explained noise is a frequent complaint from BMW users but assured me they would inspect them. The report back... I needed front brakes. Not only did they diagnose the problem they replaced them for NO CHARGE. To say this experience was not what I expected from BMW is an understatement however someone FINALLY LISTENED!!Thank you, David Owen, for providing exemplary customer service.
