I had an amazing experience at Bluemercury thanks to Epiphany! My usual skincare and makeup line went out of business, leaving me unsure about what to use as replacements. Epiphany took the time to review the products I'd been using and made thoughtful recommendations for items that would blend seamlessly with my existing routine. She was incredibly friendly and personable, making the whole process enjoyable and effortless. She even created a plan for future replacements as my other products run out. I truly appreciate her expertise and personal touch. Highly recommend both Bluemercury and Epiphany for anyone looking for a stress-free, customized skincare and makeup experience!

Love this store! Wesley and Sue were so nice and incredibly helpful. They found the perfect makeup and applied it beautifully so that I knew it was right for me. I'll be getting all my makeup here from now on!

This is my favorite place in Charlotte to buy skincare products and makeup. The Chanticalle regional manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store manager, Wesley provides excellent customer. They are not pushy sales people, the outstanding products sell themselves!

Sam was an absolute gem! My mom and I came by to look for some new makeup for my mom and skin care for me. She was so patient with both of us and listened to both of our needs. She was so welcoming and made our entire experience absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and cares about her customers. We are so excited and can’t wait to be back and see Sam!

My visit today was so fabulous, I just had to take a moment to let everyone know! I had not a clue where to begin or what I even needed… immediately Wesley approached me with the friendliest, most helpful demeanor. Not pushy at all, which is what I’ve experienced in the past at other locations. I mean she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect products tailored to my skin. Girl asked the right question and everything. Her expertise and recommendations left me feeling i had all the right products and knowledge to begin my healthy skin journey in the brightest way possible! Super glad I decided to stop in. Highly recommend this store, and a huge shoutout to Wesley for being such a rock star! Also loooooved how clean and organized everything was!

Wesley and all the girls are really helpful. They have saved me hundreds of dollars by making recommendations and providing samples so that I don’t buy products that don’t work for me. As you get older, skincare gets tricky but Wesley has helped me zero in on what I need. She is awesome and it’s worth every penny to come here.

My shopping experience at Blue Mercury could not have been better! I was quickly greeted by Wesley, the store manager,
and my personalized shopping experience began. She attentively listened to all of my needs for both skincare and makeup directing me to the products she felt would give me optimal results. Wesley has extensive knowledge on the products and was able to educate me so I could achieve a skincare routine tailored for me and perfected by amazing makeup brands. I always have the best experience when I shop at this Blue Mercury. Sam, Destiny and Krista are such a pleasure to deal with and the store manager Wesley is wonderful too! They’re knowledgeable, honest, genuine, kind and so accommodating. They truly want you to find the products that work best for you and are not pushy at all! I always feel so well taken care of when I’m there unlike the overwhelming shopping experience at an Ulta or a Sephora, Blue Mercury truly is about excellent customer service which leads to an outstanding customer experience. These ladies always make me feel welcome. They listen and give the individual attention that seems to be a thing of the past. These girls keep me coming back to Blue Mercury. Plus we always have fun!!! Always feels like I’m hanging out with girlfriends. Great job ladies!
