I'm always skeptical going to a new place as I have been ripped off more than once, but this shop was like a breath of fresh air. Throughout the whole process they were totally honest with me about what was going on with my car, they never tried to overcharge me or sell me on things I didn't need. I don't know a thing about cars and usually that translates into shops taking advantage of me and wasting my money, but Tryon auto care has integrity. It's such a relief to finally have a shop that I know will be honest with me and upfront about pricing, and that isn't just trying to tell me something. If you are on the fence about using their services, please give them a try. This is by far the best experience I've had at an auto shop with great, honest staff. If I need anything in the future, this is where I will go.

Being new in Charlotte and having had previous a/c problems on my car, I was looking for a mechanic that was honest, trustworthy and stood behind his work. This shop is it, the compressor was priced competitively and ready as quoted and has a one year warranty. This shop will have my repeat business, this is a good location to UNCC. Thank you very much and I am sincerely relieved to have a/c again.
