Woah! The products are simply gorgeous. Thanks to a wonderfully knowledgeable staff, this newbie was matched w exactly what she needed and wanted (even though I had no clue what the right word was for it). Y'all. Seriously. I said "thingamibob" and w a couple of questions she knew i meant "lock actuator." I will absolutely be back. Only downside was some jerk who parked illegally and got booted throwing a tantrum like my 2-year-old. Read the signs, nimrod.

Bird has a beautiful showroom with many options to choose from. Katy has been a pleasure to work with and is extremely knowledgeable on the products. The only thing that would make it better is if they shipped to your house. We ended up ordering so many different products that we spent a lot of time going back and forth to the store to pick up the orders.

Danielle was incredible to work with and they had an exceptional showroom with the higher end products we were looking for. Danielle helped us find some great options based on some of the styles and price point we had represented. They communicated well post purchase and all items were delivered on time and as expected. I will definitely order from them in the future.

I had the most amazing experience working with Katy at Bird Hardware & Bath! Their showroom has an extensive selection of just about anything you'd need for a kitchen or bath renovation. Their collection of cabinet hardware is the best I've seen. Katy was extremely knowledgeable on all of their product lines and spent a great deal of time with me making sure all of my kitchen, bath, and laundry finishes were just right.
