I recently visited Best Nails and Spa was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The salon itself is clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
The staff is professional and friendly, making me feel welcome right away. My nail technician, Cathy was exceptional—she paid close attention to detail and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted.

Ok, so I wasn't going to say anything, because I have been having bad experiences with nail salons lately, but I had to say something about this one. GREAT SERVICE. Something that's been lacking in nail salons for a while. Let me tell you, they took their time with the soak-off, used plastic bags in their pedi-tubs, and the salon doesn't even smell like there's even polish in there. Kathy did a GREAT job with my toes (see pics) and the man who did my nails did a great job as well (did not get his name). Joan was very courteous and professional, and the lady who did my threading (yes, they do THREADING!!!) did an amazing job as well. And they all worked together to make sure I had a great experience. I'm gonna go back a few times (I've noticed that once I give a salon a good review, they don't do so well the next time), but I think I'm going to stick around. Thanks for the great service, all!!

Best place in the city. A lot of nails salons these days do mediocre work for twice the price. The work here by every tech is exceptional, they really take pride in their work, not just there for the buck.

I made an appointment and they were very timely and kind!! The man did a great job on my nails. He didn't rush like some people do and hurt my cuticles. It's extremely reasonably priced compared to some places.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Worst nail salon ever. Rude, rushed & never get my cuticles off. Jo, the owner, does a terrible job! The ONLY reason I went back there is bc my sister was treating me to a mani/pedi. She has been going there for years even tho they have cut her skin, burned her skin by leaving acetone with foil to soak. So,arrived this past Saturday, I arrived first & was signing in when they said they couldn't take us. This was at 6PM & they don't close until 7:30. I looked at the sign in sheet & no one was waiting. My sister didn't believe it & she went in after I told her they were rude to me. She told them, she wouldn't be back & she's been a customer for 20 years. Why, I don't know bc they have cut her skin several times where her finger bled horribly & she couldn't finish the mani. They didn't even offer her a refund! Other times they cut corners of her toenai. My sister is a high tipper also! She liked going there bc it's easy to get there from her house & she has a bad sense of direction. She found another salon called Zen & we are trying it today along with my niece.

Was seated quickly for a walk-in pedicure. This salon is very non-fuss, which I like, and the manicurist was fast and neat. I liked the low key environment- very relaxing. The price is extremely reasonable compared to other salons in this area. I will definitely return.

Came for my first visit today to get mani/pedi with gel color. It was the most rushed pedicure I have ever received. She spent about 30 seconds on each foot working on calloused areas and then she combined the foot scrub with lotion and gave me a 30 second per foot/leg “massage†with that. During my manicure, I questioned whether I had received what I paid for regarding the pedicure and she said she does it like that bc it is better for my skin that way. She asked if I liked it and I told her it felt like a shortcut. She offered to put lotion on my legs after my manicure. Too little, too late in my opinion. The gel manicure is decent but the feeling of being rushed overshadowed the entire experience. With plenty of nail salons in the area to choose from, I will not be returning to this one.
