I went into the store Saturday evening to get a tv. I walked in the kid was busy. The tv was off. I just needed someone to turn it on. I waited. I looked around. No one to assist me. I walked up to the front Asked a gentleman at the door if someone could turn on a tv. He replied if it’s off, it’s probably broke. We try to keep them all on. I found that odd since it’s a 2024 new tv. He said he could get someone. Paged for the next person to help me. No one came. The guy that was busy passed by and I asked him for help. He said, he would. He was busy helping someone else. He passed by turned it on kept going. I wanted to purchase it. No one ever responded. I saw another kid go by. I asked for help. He must have not heard. He kept going. Poor service. I left with no tv. Best Buy used to be better.

It was fine. I wandered around the store, looking for something I could not find for a while, and none of the many employee asked if I needed help.
Maybe I look like a guy who knows what he’s looking for… that was probably the case.
I found it and had some questions, and everything went fine

I was looking for the least expensive laptop, which was still decent to bring back to Ukraine with me for our volunteer center in Lviv.
I found a good sales rep who was able to help me quickly pick the right one. It was what we needed, so I had my son go back later the same day to get a 2nd one.

Could not match price because it was not made by Amazon. They say they will match Amazon pricing, only if it manufactured by Amazon. Did not sound good to me, because Amazon doesn't make anything.

I have ordered (upgraded existing line) i phone 15 on 6/8/2024, and i was told to pay remaining ($XXX)for my existing Samsung galaxy S22 + and promised to get i phone 15 by 6/9/2024. Today at 6/11/2024 BestBuy cancelled the order. Worst experience, and when i called BestBuy local story at Blakeney (Charlotte - NC), it goes to call center and i was keep getting transferred for more than 3 hours. Took $$$ for the existing Samsung galaxy S22 + and not delivered what was promised.
