Small store. Understaffed and understocked. There's not much on display, either. Doesn't seem to have recovered from Covid yet.l and felt more useful as a pickup pocation for online orders than a retail shopping experience.

Came in to pick an order, ended up coming with a laptop as well. Really great customer service. I was helped by Demarcus (was filling in, but is normally at the Fort Mill location) - super professional and knowledgeable (taught me about NPUs). Very friendly as well! 10/10, good guy. Thanks again Demarcus! Give him a raise!

I came here looking to replace one of my home appliances. After looking around, an associate walked up to me to help out with any outstanding questions I had. He was of great help. And I think it was a good experience for me.

I would suggest saving your money they are always overpriced, go to the new microcenter. They have way more stock and way better prices. This place wont last since they will now be obsolete.

Nice staff , the store is just under staffed. The items I wanted were not in stock. But they offer to order and have delivered to your home.
