I've had the best experiences at the store and Salon. Love going here for Blo-outs and products. I had an issue one time that I wasn't even too stressed about, but the manager, Maxxine, saw it and went ABOVE& BEYOND to rectify the issue. Hands down great store and great people!!!

Had a great experience!I got a Keratin Smoothing treatment and hair trim Saturday, 2/24/24 at 10 A.M by Ana P.Ana P. is the best hair stylist that I have ever had, and I will most definitely be going back to her for any future hair trims or treatments! Not only did she do a fantastic job on my hair, but she taught me how to repair and take care of my hair in great detail. Ana was extremely kind and professional, and I would recommend her and this location to anyone!

Morgan did my brows for me. I was a little hesitant going to someone new (to me) but she was amazing!!! Phenomenal work. My brows look great. They’re shaped up and tinted but still look very natural. 10/10. Highly recommend going to Morgan!!! She’s great!!

Happened the other day.. Was going to be an normal emergency trip for wedding party makeup until I stopped in and was ignored by staff. I tried approaching one cluster of girls and heard "bullying builds character" -said from Liana, a tall brunette with rather poor makeup skills to another employee. Would appreciate if they hired people who knew make up skills and those with empathy or maybe some basic ethics. Thought to not post about it but it really ruined my trip for me.
