Britney at the M•A•C counter was amazing & her makeup was flawless. I went in to purchase Lip Glass and she assisted me with picking the perfect color. I don't usually wear make-up so I had a few questions. She was very patient & her customer service skills are top notch.

Belks as a department store is closing at Northlake Mall it’s going to become an outlet store. Belks is one of the anchor stores for the Mall as anyone with eyes knows this is the beginning of the Northlake closing. All the good stores have moved out

I'm done with Belk. I just want to buy clothes. I don't want to argue with cashiers who won't take no for an answer when they ask me if I want a credit card. I just left my clothes at the register and walked out.

The box of shoes came with no top and when I asked the cashier explained how they throw the shoes around sometimes and the top may have been torn or thrown a away BUT I could go back upstairs and see if I could find one. This shocked me and made me inspect the shoe only to find a shoe so beat up Ralph Lauren himself would have an issue with the representation of his name. Needless to say. I left them there, and I had NO time to search for an alternative before my trip to Panama City Panama. I'm probably done with Belk.

I went to Belks after Macy's in Northlake Mall in Charlotte, North Carolina. I purchased several items from here that I needed to wear to my Aunt's birthday party. There were a lot of sales to chose from. The hardest part was figuring out what to buy. I give it five stars.
