Jay is the best! He has done my nails since I moved to the area and I have loved every set he has done! The images show a gel-x manicure with nail art and chrome detail. No matter what you want, or even if you don’t know what you want, they will always deliver and you will leave obsessed with your nails!
Specialties: Gel-x is one of the services that set them apart. This is a great way to keep your natural nail strong and healthy while having beautifully designed nails at any length.

Excellent nail salon, great service! They do all the latest nail services. I had gelX nails by Jay and he did an awesome job!!!
Requested style: It is hard to find a salon that does Gel X nails in Charlotte and Nails Lab is one of the very few!!
Specialties: I was surprised when Jay my stylist started to use a air blower to blow polish on my nails for Ombre style.

I am a new customer and very pleased with the great service and friendliness. Jay is awesome! He knows what is best for your nails without you having to say anything. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I do not suggest this place! I’m new to the area and went in for a powder dip on natural nails and a pedi. I selected the “Pamper me” pedi… there was no pampering in the pedi. It was lackluster at best for $66 ($56+$10 for gel polish) The energy in the building was staggering. It was super slow so I’m not sure what the tension was about. I came in and was asked to pick a color, then told to go to the back, then told to go back up front to sign in, then told to sit up front so they could put the solution on to soak off the current dip powder. I wasn’t able to take my jacket off or even prepare for my “pampering pedi” because of how I was rushed. They didn’t speak to each other and had absolutely no conversation for me. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t even try to get the return business. They drilled my natural nail paper thin! Put the dip powder on and had me go to another chair for the design. (Tony was extraordinary?) he did the design, didn’t put a top coat on it or even put oil on the cuticle when he was done. It’s now Wednesday and my thumb nail is separating from the dip powder on the top. The service was $130, I tipped $20 just because I tip… not because they deserved it. I will go back to my original nail place down the street to have it corrected and won’t be returning here for services. As someone who is in the customer service industry, this service was a huge miss. Do better

Nails Lab is truly the best nail salon I have been to in Charlotte! I get hard gel fill ins and I can go more than 3 weeks between fill ins! Jay is wonderful and always makes sure your nails are exactly what you want. The salon is lovely and very clean, and they also have very nice pedicures. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new regular nail spot. :)
Cleanliness: Salon is very clean and they take sanitary precautions to make you feel very comfortable.
