I made a wire transfer they charged me 65 dollars fee and when the recipient didn’t receive it they charged me another 65 dollars and additional 15 dollars to refund my money. Time to leave them

I have been going to this branch for years .. i was well taken care of when Nick was there .. a very good employee who was promoted to manager .. but now no one has the people skills to give the illusion that you want my business.. last week Corin ask me to wait . I waited 5 min. She never came back to the drive thru window.. finally someone else noticed the line outside was getting long .. i let it go on being new. Today i didn't have my deposit slip fast enough for Corin and she wanted to leave me again at the window.. remembering what happen last week i told her i was ready .. we are talking about 5 to 10 sec. Of her time .. as your customer all i ask for is for you to pretend for 20 seconds that im important to you as a business and customer thats all ..if you can't please contacted me and i will take my company business to someone who has 20 seconds to give..
