Was havin a rough day ! And it was dreary OUTSIDE! But when I happened upon Bath n Body Works by accident ,,
the beautifully arranged colors and displays POPPED ! n drew me in from the window!
One young lady was super helpful and patiently guided me through my search for scents ~similar~ to the ones I bought years ago!!
I ended up with buy 2 , get 1 … ?
p.s .. on the other hand , I didn’t appreciate the pushy tactics of a different associate to ~up sell~ me even ~after~ I declined the offer to add more items to my purchase ..

While I like most of their products and usually have great help, today was a different story. I picked up a couple plug ins in November and 1 was tagged incorrectly and I didn't care for the other one. It's been years since I've had to replace one so I'm not sure if policy has changed or the cashier was having a bad day but, one was used so I couldn't return it (ok fine, it was used for a week) and the other one (cocoa) wasn't in stock & I didn't have my receipt (they have to have a barcode which I understand to a degree ) so I couldn't return it either. This was only $6 worth of product but the cashier didn't offer any solutions (really they can't find the barcode anywhere??) could it have been found on their website? She really acted like I was a bother. I even told the lady behind me that she could go while we were trying to sort this out. The one saving grace was the employee stocking shelves dug thru many bins trying to find the barcode. I will work on switching brands.

Came in and asked if I could return a defected item. I was told yes. I traveled to return the product at a later date and was told they can’t take the product back, I wish they would have told me there’s a time constraint when I first visited. I travel for work and had this defected item at home waiting for a day that I was back in town. Not impressed with the customer service at this location. Will not purchase wallflower holders anymore as they sell defected products.

I just came into this Bath and body works location and I just want to say that customer service was phenomenal. If you need anything don't hesitate to walk in and ask for Judy. She is so positive upbeat and all around just an amazing human being. she knows her stuff and she doesn't hesitate to jump in and help in any way she can. This woman honestly should get a raise.. it's employees like Judy that keep customers retuning to this location. Again thank you so much Judy for all of the knowledge and help today!
