Awesome bank with great staff. The manager greeted me right away and was very helpful. The banker I worked with named Tito Cruz did an excellent job at setting up my account. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I’m so glad I chose this location.

An exceptional service.
I walked into the bank today to get a cashiers check and was positively surprised by the quality of their services.
I stood in line with 2 people ahead of me and due to a very simple misunderstanding an individual skipped ahead of me. I’m not one to complain so when it came my turn, Hazel and Urimare handled the cashier check request and even waived the fee associated to it. My review isn’t because of the waived fee but the fact that I said little to nothing and they just wanted to make sure they are ensuring customer satisfaction.
Again, exceptional service. I’m unsure on why their rating is low but if you are going into the bank in general for large-time consuming requests, make sure you schedule an appointment. And if you are going in for a small thing, expect a 10-15minute wait.

Staff is phenomenal. I’ve never felt so welcome into a bank that I’m not a regular at. The manager made his appearance known and offered to tend to any need possible that could cut down on the wait time. I’ll specifically go out of my way to come to a branch as welcoming as this one.

Huge shout out to Tito Cruz. What an amazing experience. Tito went above and beyond to help me and my business get my accounts in order. I was opening new accounts for my new business and not only did he take the time to learn about myself and my business, but he listened, was knowledgeable, and serving. Made me feel important and appreciated. Not much more you can ask for when banking. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable and listens, then you need to ask for Tito Cruz. Highly recommend him for all your business needs. Value and trust is my biggest judge of character. He provide ample value and I trust he’s got my best interest in mind.

I would like to show my sincere appreciation to Mr. Adrian! I scheduled an appointment to have a LOT of my statements printed last minute for immigration purposes. I could have done it online but would take me 2 weeks to receive it and my appointment with USCIS is in few days so I ran to the nearest BOA. I was ready for them to tell me “no” but Adrian made it happen and he did it himself despite him being busy!! I watched him multitask while handling the continuous flow of customers. For someone who works in the same industry (I work for another banking institution), I would like to say I am very impressed with Adrian’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially after I witnessed how professional, understanding, and efficient he was!! He also handled some impatient consumers very professionally. Thank you so much Adrian! I truly appreciate all of your help!

Booooo boa sucks. This place has the worst customer service. You will wait forever to get anything done. If you want a better Bank go to Skyler Federal Credit Union you will be in and out with nice friendly people and you won't have to wait 30 to 45 minutes just to withdraw some money.

Bank Of America has turned into a professional Scammers? It’s time for Bank Of America to close their doors and go out of business. If they don’t want to take care of the customers, then go out of business we don’t need you you need us.Customer service rep named Linda very disrespectful, very unprofessional.Bank Of America has went down the tubes. They are to scam artist.They make it almost impossible to reach them on the phone about the scams that they’re taking the customers to and once you reach him they are so disrespectful to you and then he hang up on you.Did I mention Linda is very unprofessional very rude very disrespectful after holding on the phone more than 30 minutes to get through, I am harassed by Linda

Absolutely the worst company i have ever had to do business with! In an attempt to get assistance with an account issue, i used my mobile app which gave me no answer and a run around in menu circles. An hour after that i tried a call (good luck finding a number), which of course says customer support is experiencing high call volume and to leave a call back number, expected call back time is 30 minutes. One hour and 15 minutes later, no call back. I call back again, this time i held for the next associate (58 minutes) to be told i would have to call a different department. After 1 hour and 5 minutes on hold i was given another number to call, the same phone number i started with! Final call took 1 hour 41 minutes!
