What a joke of a bank. Tried cashing a check from my work. A large incorporated company and the check was issued from BOA. They declined to cash it or to make a phone call, ask any questions or do anything to help. I had multiple forms of ID. Nobody here was helpful. Tried calling the BOA customer service line after leaving and unless you have an account they will not connect you to a live person, absolutely useless. Do yourself a favor and do business with any other bank besides this low brow excuse of a money establishment.

I went to the bank today to deposit a cashier's check there was ko lobby leader present, I politely ask an employee named Maggie to make a deposit with her iPad I didn't even finish speaking to her and she said rudely stay on the line. I thought they should be pushing digital ??? Management needs to speak to staff on customer service at this location, this is my second time dealing with poor customer service at this location where on a previous occasion I went to open an account I stayed there for over 30mins with no assistance. The lobby leader disappeared.

I made appointment for wife like 1 month prior to open bank account for June 29 2023.Now when I am here branch manger says we don’t have anyone to assist you but he is assisting another customer . That’s what a bad behavior and losing hope of such a bank for this appointment. And here staff doesn’t care at all whether to discuss or further assistant.

visited this place for more than 3 years never had any problem coincidentally today I needed to go to the safe deposit box to pick up some documents I had to wait an hour and a half because the system did not work, after having bothered me and clarifying the situation, with a simple management my problem was solved, how long will these actions take place in the United States of America

Leaving bank now, one of the worst experiences at a bank. Arrived at 9:05am entered the lobby area, and no one was there to greet me. That's fine its early I thought but their was two employees in the office that's said Home,Car, Loans, a male and a female just talking the male sitting down saw me but didn't come out and say anything the woman's back was facing me she I assume didn’t see me. There was a second office it had the sign Merrill on it, the person their was helping a customer. After some time, a man came from the back and assisted me took my information, signed me in, answered my question and said I would have to wait for a office person because of the amount of money I needed to wire to for business purposes. I waited 40 minutes before someone was free. It was the Merrill rep came outside his office after he got finished with his customer. Only for him to tell me he doesn't do wire transfers. That was enough for me I told I well be going to a different branch he informed me that their branch was th largest in the area. Well, Bank of America you just lost another one I will be making my transfer at a different branch and after things are finished I will be taking my business account, joint accounts, paying and closing credit card accounts, then taking my services else where over the next few months. This isn't the first time having this experience.

Great experience with the banker Charles. My client who just recently arrived from overseas to start his new life in Charlotte, needed to open a bank account, online banking and Charles gave us all the answers we needed.

Had a 2:30 appointment. I came in at 2:00 and was told to have a seat in an uncomfortable way. A couple came in after me and they went into the office with the guy who I had an appointment with. I said that I had a 2:30 appointment and he said they were first and he was behind.

This was been one of the worst experiences with banks. After depositing a check they decided to put a hold on it for 10 days. I was advised that the check was fine (it came from a very reputable and major corporation that uses Wells Fargo), nothing wrong with the check or my account, and it should be available next day. However, for no reason they decided to hold the funds of the check with no explanation leaving me at the exposure of automatic drafts and overdrafts fees that they will happily will collect. I am taking all my accounts including my business and going to another bank. This bank treats terrible Hispanic customers and Hispanic women.

BoA wants to fully automate to save money, and I understand that. But when you need someone in person (signing documents, addressing errors, etc.), it is virtually impossible to get anyone. I’ll be looking for a new bank soon that actually values customers.

Never had that awful banking experience like at this BOA branch.1. Bank has no drive-through window. The old one was sealed with plaster.2. Shortage of parking even after they squeezed each parking place3. It was only one teller at 4 available windows at 11:00 Saturday.4. Each person at 20 people line lost 30-50 min here.5. After loosing my 40 min. was asked to pay $8 for cashing $100 BOA check.Bottom line - do not visit this place. It will save your money, time, and health.

Half the locations in the area are closed and the open locations have 1 teller. Multiple other “employees” in the branch (9 at the location in Steele Creek) and no care about the long lines. The branch manager should be on a teller station at times like this. But, of course, that’s below them.

Staff is incompetent. I have had a account for years, I’ll be changing banks soon. Worst bank experience I’ve ever had.
