Not often you see a positive bank review, but I guess usually you only write them for banks when you're angry (don't worry, there's a different bank branch of BofA I'm angry with, just not this one). We wanted to make a cashier's check but were unable to at another BofA branch because the Assistant Manager didn't understand how ACH transfers worked, or what "Available Funds" really meant as a qualifier for a cashier's check. We ended up going through customer service to learn that she had it all wrong after all, and we went to this branch instead to get what we needed.We met with the manager here who greeted us at the door, was there from start to finish after hearing about our horrendous experience at the other branch. She made sure we got what we needed done and we were in and out within minutes, no mess no fuss and definitely nothing other than complete professionalism. THIS is what banking here is supposed to be about.Would definitely recommend if you're a slave to the big banks, you give BofA another shot at this branch before finding somewhere else to bank. For us, this was their one chance to stop us from just closing all our accounts and moving on, and the manager here hit a home run with us.

This morning I went into the branch to complete a wire transfer for a new home I closed on. That process was seamless and went well. This afternoon my closing attorney and I tried to contact the branch via phone (15+ Phone calls), but were unable to reach anyone. I then revisited the branch to get an update on the transfer. Long story short my attorney and I spoke with Bank employees Emil and Rachel (Manager) and were instructed that wire transfers can take up to 24 hours to process. The conversation between the Bank employees, myself, and my attorney was fairly abrasive and condescending in nature towards me, the customer. Upon leaving no Bank employee acknowledged me, thanked me for my business, or even said goodbye. Needless to say I wont be banking with this Branch in the future.

Whenever I visit the Bank at the Fairview road on Fridays or Saturdays I have noticed the manager telling me "today the teller is closed". I visited the bank today to get money change not notes but coins as I needed for my needs, I was told by the manager "the teller is closed today" (08/20/21 10 am). Unfortunately like Japan ATM in the bank of America does not spit out coins when you need . Why does this happen on Fridays or Saturdays? I would expect as an emergency the bank would have a back up if due to unforseen circumstances the teller is not able to come to the office.

The worst bofa that ive ever gone to i just ask for a really easy transaction just send money from my personal account to my bussiness account and the lady told me that she couldnt do it because she said that the transaction was to Early and for that reason i could pay my employees and i had a disccussion with them but thanks to this you guys made me realize that a ineed to change my bank

Today I received my March Bank of America Visa credit card statement I have just switched from American Express to Visa. The bank statement indicated that I had paid $300 extra above what the balance due was, but there was still a $35 interest charge well I guess when you're paid in full you have to pay interest for three months so I was $90 short in my February statement they cost me $17 interest so now I have $17 plus $35 and my guess is there's gonna be another $35 short so it's almost going to be $90 that it's going to cost me because I was short $90. I think this is so unfair to have to pay 100% interest

Waiting time in this location is truly ridiculous. Extremely understaffed or just a normal pace of working here? Not sure. But waiting for around 2 hours to do the wire transfer in a current circumstances of life regimen for a person who has a daytime job and needs to be somewhere else too? More windows and associates would definitely benefit in the location rating.

I was at BOFA's financial center in South Park, Charlotte, 2 weeks ago to pen a checking account. Everything went OK, Harry McCallister was very nice and efficient. I am now in Chile and need to contact Harry but I received a message that he may be away for some time. I would appreciate if you could provide with an alternative Manager (e-mail address) as I need to solve an issue.

If you dont have id you can still do the text verification just not here they are too strict here . been to 4 banks and they all allow me to still withdraw money .
