Good overall but main gripe is that there always seem to be non-EV cars parked in the charging spaces and no one seems to do anything about it.
Wouldn’t be a big deal but there are only 3 spaces.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always made my credit card payment on time and as soon as I pay off to try to get myself in a better place with my credit you just cancel my card one day after paying it off. Your customer has no loyalty to any of your customers. You are just about making money and serving the rich . I know it's not much but I will be closing my account as soon as I can .

Best place to park for the theater or just a daytime stroll around the city. I park here when I'm passing out food bags and toiletries to the homeless. My car is ALWAYS extra safe and it's in the perfect location.

Do not park here. Terrible signage, weird pay process (makes you pay at one side of the deck, then exit at the other) incorrect prices listed (extortion).

Same issue - we were staying at the Omni, parked here, were in an out, then in garage for 11 hours and was charged $50.00 at checkout!

DO NOT PARK HERE! I was charged $50 to park overnight and didn't have my car in the Parking Garage for more than 24 hours. The fine print says they charge the $25 daily rate again at 3 AM but it's easy to miss this when you're pulling into the Garage and taking your ticket. If you're staying at the Omni it's cheaper to use their Valet at $33 per night.
