They do a good job with nails however they are not clean, not hygienic at all, they don’t use disposable pedicure liners for the tub so your feet are getting exposed w bacteria etc from the former customer whomever sat there before. It’s disgusting they didn’t clean after me and have someone sat there saw with my eyes

Absolute, worst manicure, I have ever gotten my nails are bumpy uneven, so messed up my boyfriend’s nails and took a chunk of his nail off. I recommend staying far away from this place

Stay at the AC HOTEL every time I vacation in Charlotte. Needed a nail salon really bad on St. Patrick's day they took me with no hesitation and it was closing time they did not rush she did a really good job so 10/10

Nice non crowded salon. Conversation between client and staff would be nice instead of between staff. I mean, they see each other all day. Prices should be posted.

I came to this place to get my nails done for my birthday. I asked for SNS manicure and a pedicure .When doing my nails she didn’t use a drill she said it would mess up the color and she didn’t use a gel top coat leaving my nails raised and dull and was offended when i said they needed to be fixed also my toes n nails DID NOT MATCH! ... but the fact that she sighed when i asked her to file them to fix them was the icing on the cake. took 2.5 hours and i was the only person in there . my nails looked like a toddler did them . i literally had to go somewhere else the very next day to have done correctly!!!!
