Top of the line family owned business!! This will be the only place I go for my jewelry in the future. Aiden and his family were very informative, trustworthy, friendly and my fiance loved the ring that they helped me pick. Do NOT waste your time going to diamonds MISdirect, the Ballentyne Jewlers family is the only way to go. Thanks for all your help and I will be back.

Just not great. Was surprised by the service despite all the great reviews. I scheduled a 3pm appointment for appraisal, but was told the appraiser was busy and I’d have to come back another day.I then mentioned I was shopping for a setting, and the guy seemed annoyed to show their rings. Very different from the experience I had at Windsor Jewelers in South Park.

I walked in and was greeted immediately by Tammy. She helped me pick out my ring size in order to get my wedding band and ring resized. It took a few days and my rings look amazing! They soldered my 2 rings together, resized them and re-rhodium them for a very reasonable price!! I’ll definitely go back!

I took a silver ring in to be resized and was told the price, how it would look, and when it could be available. I did not expect to hear from them later the same day that the ring was ready! I went in the next day and my ring fit comfortably and was polished beautifully! Every time I’ve taken something in to Ballantyne Jewelers, the people have treated me with respect and have done excellent work.

Highly recommend this place. I was not very educated on diamonds and Simon walked me through the entire process. He worked with me every step of the way and even re-sized my fiancé’s engagement ring for free.

Working with Madalyn and the Ballantyne team was fantastic - My mother and I brought in several stones to be made into earrings for my wedding. The piece is gorgeous AND they even replaced unusable / old stones with new stones and still honored the original price. I can't think of another shop in Charlotte that would do this!You can tell they are family owned and go the extra mile for their customers; I now have a beautiful piece for my wedding day that will be passed down for generations to come thanks to their customer service and design!!

I came to Ballantyne to pick out an engagement ring with my girlfriend. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and within minutes we had found her dream ring and were on our way. Their jewelry is high quality and their warranty indicates they stand by their products. Avoid the big box jewelry stores and head for Ballantyne instead!

To the best Jeweler in NC, being from Tampa, Florida I did not know who to trust around town to design & make up the perfect necklace. Everyone kept telling me go to Ballantyne Jewelers! I’m so glad I did. I was completely blown away at the exquisite Eternity Diamond necklace with stunning Diamond Cross that they did for me.
