Baker Mitchell Co. is a wonderful business with polite, helpful, and energetic staff. The team, including Jeff and the plumbers, is extremely nice and provides great advice for plumbing or appliances. It is a very easy place to get in and out of, with courteous service at the dock. Customers have had great and wonderful experiences, finding them extremely helpful and recommend them to anybody. The location in Charlotte has beautiful land and grass.

Awesome place. They blow the Lowe's or home Depot prices out of the water, and even though I am definitely not a professional, they treated me like one, and were happy to help with answering any questions I could have had about the fairly massive job I was undertaking with very little idea of what I was doing.

Very helpful!! Went to Ferguson got no help. Looked this place up online and they got me the stuff I needed to fix my problem.
