One one the best service spots there is this new boy that works there he is the best and his service is really good walked in and sat me down and took my order felt very comfortable and the hookah was one of the best I have had was a good time will be back soon.

Came with a few friends and can't believe how poor the service is. They overcharge like crazy and their bathrooms are filthy. Literally saw poop smeared on the wall. The vibes are in the ground and the music is horrible. Stay away.

So overpriced and not fun. Why is a hookah lounge trying to be a nightclub? I'm here to vibe, but instead I leave with a migraine and an upset stomach from the fresh smell of poop on the floor in the bathroom.

They changed the name but it’s the same lounge.. I’ve been twice, the weekend and week day.I wouldn’t recommend coming here on weekends.. they charge you $20 at the door AND $20 if you want to park by the lounge. They don’t sell food or liquor and you still have to pay for hookah (which is fine) but they’re collecting $40 off rip and you get nothing in return.I can understand if this place was packed but I promise nobody will be in there. Which is even more confusing why you’re charging $20 to park and there’s nobody in there? The spots were empty all night.The service is hit or miss. If the girl cashier is working you might as well leave. She won’t come to your table and ask what you want or come around to check if you need any coals or anything. She’s on her phone the whole time.Now there’s a guy who works in the smoke shop during the week, he’s great. I wish he worked on the lounge side. Which brings me to my last point. If you want to go, go during the week when it’s free to park and enter. I definitely will never be back on a weekend. It’s a scam.

Made us pay $20 to use the bathroom… had no toilet paper or paper towels… wouldn’t help us find my friends ID either when she had just used it to enter… no drinks… empty af… decent music but that’s about mf it

This is the worst hookah lounge I have ever experienced. I walked in after a concert, (because it was walking distance) with a total of four people. Another couple walked in at the same time and we both sat in two different booths. We asked if they were still open because it was so desolate and were told yes.It’s no wonder they can’t keep customers because both of us sat for ten minutes like idiots. I’ve worked service industry for years so I can understand how it can be frustrating when customers don’t understand how the business model works. However, if I had 6 customers walk in for the first time in a whole evening I would absolutely make them feel welcome and bring them menus? At the very least inform them of how to get service.After several minutes of waiting around both of our tables got up and made purchases at the vape store which was silly because there was no reason to support a business that cared so little about their customers. It was a bunch of young kids that obviously cared more about smoking the product than selling it. If I were the owner I would be utterly pissed at the employees that represent their business so poorly.I also had to convince the group I was with to join me on this excursion. They were skeptical, but willing and unfortunately the staff made me feel so stupid and humiliated for even suggesting this location.One kid(who seemed to be an employee) even walked by both of our tables filming the other side of empty tables. I wonder if he was trying to get cut early because of the “lack of business”

This was my first visit and I'd definitely go back. It was a chill environment. The attendant was nice and very attentive. Hookah was affordable and they had a good variety of flavors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They took me and my boyfriends $40 at the door and refused to refund us after I walked to the bar and told them I changed my mind about wanting to take part in their services. No one was there yet (customers) and we didn’t even sit down yet. The staff took our money via cash app and lied saying they couldn’t send it back until the owner came in and approved…whole time he was in the back hiding. When he came out he refused to talk to us or explain why we couldn’t get our money back. Waste your money going here if you want to!!

Bad reviews are for the people not used to charlotte nightlife or Babylons long history in charlotteI’ve been visiting since they were on Albemarle road across from the dollar general!! They have been my goto for a fun night .. no matter when you visit you will meet new people and never forget that night!They’re a hookah bar so no alcohol, they close at 3am still because of this!!
