Tonya at the front desk is ON IT! She was very professional and and friendly. I chose to rent here because of the convenience, despite the bad reviews. Apparently dealing with Uber rentals is the reason for the bad publicity. It didn’t make sense to me. Go see Tonya

Had a reservation went to pick up car. Sign said opened door was locked. Had to modify my reservation and price jumped up 1000 dollars

Caught and Uber from the airport as this location had cars and the airport didn’t at the time. Location says open at 8 am so I booked a car. Now I’m left standing in the cold and no one is here. If you aren’t going to be open don’t accept any bookings. This is bogus! I’m from out of town with no one in the area and have to sit here and wait for someone to get to work. Do better.

This company lies to people about the rates and does not return your deposit. I recently rented a car from this location and returned it undamaged, smokefree, clean and gas tank on full. I was told that my deposit authorization hold would be reversed and put back into my bank account. However once the process took place I was charged the full amount and no money for the deposit has yet been refunded as I was told. I spoke to customer service on the 1800 number since no one answers the phone to respond to my complaint at the location. And they're insisting that my deposit was paid towards the rental fees for the car because my rates increased during the week of the rental.

Opens at 8am so says the sign.... Wait out side till 830 and still no one shows up. Hell of a way to rent cars.Avis, we'll be there when we get there... Maybe

NEVER EVER rent from this location! Most unprofessional staff ever. Left me and about 4 other people stranded when they decided to close early with no explanation. When I called the other Avis office in town they said it happens all the time and the ownership and staff are terrible. I had to Uber to the airport (that cost an extra $50) and deal with finding a car there last minute. I repeat…stay far away from this particular office…for that matter stay away from Avis completely, there are a ton of other choices.

The African American female who claimed to be a manager refused me service even though I had a car rental reservation through Uber. She refused another Uber driver with a reservation as well. Avis has been notified about this location.

Awful. Made a reservation with them several days in advance, was ON MY WAY to the location, 30 mins prior to my reservation, when they called me to tell me they couldn't honor it because the 'registration on their cars was outdated'. What?! Rediculous. Avoid at all costs, they really screwed me.

This rental location is B.S wasting of time. They needed to keep their car availability online booking daily reservations up to dated. Their available reservation picked up is mostlikely not accurately up to dated.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!! I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle at noon, I arrived at 11:45 it took the salesperson Tonya 20 minutes to open the door then informed me there were no vehicles available and she was very rude like I was disturbing her for being a potential customer

It wasn’t open at 10 like it was supposed to be. One guy finally showed up at 10:20a. There was a line of people waiting. No apology. When I was finally helped I was given a van that was beat up, no filled completely, and smelled like smoke. They said it was all they had. We’ve had this reservation for over a month.

Do not rent here if need reliable option. Go to a higher rated location or airport. Did not honor reservation. Tried to upcharge when class booked not in stock. Per the agent Many cars seem to have engine or oil light which is concerning

I will never recommend this car rent company. My reservation was AM9 and when I arrived the rent office around AM 8:30.The office was closed and no one was there in the office. I called help desk to make sure this situation couple of times and they answered to me that somebody is heading to the office within 30m so I had been waiting for rent office guys coming for over 3 hours but no one had not came to us around noon and I gave up my reservation. There are over 20 customers coming to the office. (Pick up and drop off) . All of them had frustrated this situation. I lived in the USA for years and I have lots of experiences for rent a car. This time is the worst cast for me.
