I would like to share my AMAZING experience in the - Mount Holly Hunterville store here in Charlotte.
Awesome teamwork - the store has 3 associates tonight and they are so cohesive and customer focused. All three helping one another and sometimes teaming up to support the customer.
Leadership is next level from the professional, well dressed and respect manner and kindness. I visited 2 other stores and an auto station to no avail.
When I searched the internet AutoZone returned first - I should have gone with that rather than all the misguided and lazy interactions of 100% guess work.
The manager is leading by example. He helped me in the matter of 15-20 minutes.
Need I say he investigated and used his skills and talents to help provide me an exceptional experience. He saved me hundreds of dollars that I do not have, time and frustration. Thank you M and team!

5+ stars bc everyone here is always so helpful and kind. Mario went above and beyond with helping me with a headlight replacement when another store couldn't help. Auto Zone is lucky to have such a great team here!

This is unbelievable that the store is not open on the operating hours. On the door and online, it says that the store should be open from 7:30 on Saturdays. I was there at 7:30 am till 7:50 am and there was not a single employee in the store, the lights were off and the doors were closed. I tried calling couple times, but nobody was there. Really disappointing when you urgently need something.

I came in looking for a headlight bulb and the staff was so friendly and personable. Mario even came out to my car and helped with the headlight to my jeep. 10/10 from me.

Very poorly ran. New employee looking for my part while others hung out. Would not help or train. Turns out their inventory is worng. The system shows an exact fit but not even close. Made the return the next day and was told my account would be credited. Been 48 hours and still no refund. This will make the third trip to this store. The woman that works? there acts like it is an inconvenience that I'm there and the phone is ringing. Stay away.

We have come to this AutoZone for years and always had a good experience. And just last week we showed up with my 75 yr old mother bc her car wouldn’t start, the salesman went above & beyond taking time to check my mother’s battery, diagnosing the issue & cleaning the battery and send her safely on her way.

It was important that anyone who chooses to go to this Autozone knows that your information is NOT safe. Went in to purchase a part for my car and 2 hours later I received a text message from the sales associate who rung me up reaching out identifying himself and saying he got my number from the customer database. You would think a business would train their employees on the importance of data privacy or hire individuals that understand they are not entitled to any woman's contact information. As a woman it is very nerve racking that a man (or anyone) could go into the customer database, take my phone number/address and contacted me without any repercussions. Be mindful if you choose this location, your personal information is absolutely not protected.
