The employee that helped me did great, however I do take great offense at deceptive trade tactics. I purchased a Duralast Gold battery for my pressure washer last year and used it a few times. This season it won't even take a charge. In store, there is a huge sign over the batteries that states Duralast Gold 3yr warranty. I went back to my local store to exchange it and they said NO, that it was out of warranty. I pointed at the sign and store.manager said, "Oh, that warranty is for vehicle batteries, not lawn and garden size batteries. Those only get 90 days. It's printed on your receipt." Seriously? Then don't call lawn and garden batteries Duralast Gold. Completely unethical in my opinion. Big sign says one thing, and receipt says another? Shame on you AutoZone. BTW,.guy in front of me was exchanging the identical battery..said his lasted a month. When I did get my battery, the terminal were covered in some plastic coating that had to be scraped/sanded off, and I'm not talking about the red cap to protect the Pos terminal. What kind of nonsense is this? Avoid Duralast anything. It doesn't last and AutoZone is straight deceptive about it.

Store definitely needs more workers wit more ambition in helping customers the past last 4 times I been here I have left wit nothing in my hands because workers are not helpful very sad to say that this store at one point was one my favorite but it has turned into a very bad experience every time come me as a business owner makes me definitely be greatful of my leadership in my business because this is not what I would want for it .

The managers here are so helpful. I came in the other day due to a blown head light on my drivers side. Both were replaced however my passenger side headlight then wasn’t working. I return today ,26 OCT 23 and the manager on duty got me squared away, promptly! I appreciate you soo much sir!

The worst AutoZone I've ever been to, they treated me so poorly that I had to leave the place because they didn't want to serve me, a lady who served was super rude and even made me go to another AutoZone, I don't recommend dealing with this woman.
