Very poor customer service . They told me to wait for one of the guys to test my car battery. The ladies in there said they didn't know how to do it. Apparently the guys were on their lunch break. I waited for about 45 minutes and when I went back to the store, the guy that was to help said that he doesn't do that at night.

I can in today to return a purchase and everything went perfectly. Carl was extremely helpful as well as efficient. Also, once I was done with my exchange, I had difficulty starting my car, which again, Carl helped me. He gave the vehicle a report of the battery as well as a jump. Extremely personable as well as kind. He also knows 5 languages!

I had an awesome experience just now. The Manager Ms. Roxana was so very much on the same page with me on everything that I needed to get. She was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure that I purchased the correct items for my vehicle. I did not catch the young man's name who without me asking came and helped me bring my stuff to the car. Thank you guys for your genuine customer service you can hardly find real customer service and I received it today.

Roxana was very pleasant and VERY helpful. I’m going there thinking I needed a new wiper blade and instead of coaxing me to purchase one she came out and said “oh you just need to clamp this back on, try it now” and VOILA!! It worked and that made me feel good. Her honesty. So I went in and still spent just as much as I would on the wiper blade almost. Lol. So if you ever drop in and need help ask for her hopefully she’s working.

Roxana White, the store manager is extremely rude. I called to inquire about a part. She left me on hold for 10mins. When I called back she confirmed they had the part. I told her I would be there soon as I was in the area. Once verified I’m buying the part, she throws the hose on the counter. As I’m inspecting the hose, she walks away saying self checkout is right there. I hope the staff isn’t rude like her as she is the one that should be setting an example.
