I needed new windshield wipers for my 1999 Miata. I researched the size and knew I needed 18" wipers. The employees confirmed the size and then went out of their way to help me replace the wipers, which proved more difficult than expected. I cannot thank them enough for their help!

Great place, comfortable, giant BUT dirty in its surroundings, in its gardens, a lot of garbage, which is a constant in all the infrastructure in the USA (in my country it is just as dirty)

There were 2 employees in the store and they were both females. Very professional, patient, and very helpful. Mrs. Irene was the one who really stood out, she knew the job well, and she took care of each customer. She smiled and gave small talk that was confirmation to me that she loved what she was doing?

I love this place! The employees are always helpful, and the products are very good. Irene was particularly helpful when I needed new wiper blades. She talked to me about my options and made recommendations. She then installed them for me and had me test them before I left. They work beautifully. I ALWAYS go to this AutoZome. I trust them, and they have never let me down. I am a very happy customer.

Usually come here for my check engine lights when they come on. I’ve always had someone hop in my car, start it and plug in their diagnostic machine. Easy, no problems.Today, the employee helping me was Amber and she was like “ I’m not going in your car to crank it.” So I went in and started it, hopped out and she said “your car doesn’t have a plug in for my machine.” I told her I have a 2020 Corolla I’ve been taking here forever. And she refused to look around to plug it in. I had to take her OBD code reader and plug it in myself… was really bizarre. Almost like she didn’t want to bother doing her job…
