Place is awful, barely knew how ti check my battery and I knew It was dead, could have done that myself. Then was going to sell me a battery and not install It when my car is dead. Was 0 help and after I watched someone do It in 10 minutes was super easy. They claimed parts would need to be taken off and they couldn’t do It as the manager is standing there hitting a vape. Most unprofessional place and don’t say online you change batteries when you don’t. When you’re in need of help I expect help with how much I’m gonna pay. Worst experience and didn’t offer ti even remotely help me. I get It not everyone is handy but have someone on staff who can change It

Great customer service experience from Ms. JuJu - she helped find a key fob battery and gave advice and the tools to help me change it in store, so I could get back into my vehicle. Thank you!

I have been refused service or any type of assistance from multiple employees at this location on numerous occasions. This location reeks of homophobia and should take a class in how to treat all people equal. If you’re a pretty white girl or a straight male you will have no problem here, if you are gay or look “different” then expect to be treated like we live in the 1800s. The rude gentleman helping others was delighted and joyful to help a young pretty white lady, but when I asked him a simple question I couldn’t even be looked in the eye by him and then was met with extreme sarcasm and attitude as if I was the biggest burden he’d ever experienced. I would love for corporate to review the camera footage and watch how he treated me even with his mannerisms versus the straight white lady beside me. I then had to go across town because I still needed this issue fixed and went to the AutoZone on central avenue. The customer service was astronomically different. I was met with employees who wanted to help and whose attitudes were pleased to assist me. Specifically CT. S was the associate who redeemed my hope in AutoZone. He needs to be promoted to a lead position and train the other location on how to respect all people. Even outside of respect, the level of professionalism he carried was higher than theirs as well as his presence of just being happier rather than fed up with customer that walks in.

Came by for some essentials this evening. Pulled in around 6:45pm (store is open until 9:00pm). All the lights were on but the door was locked and no one would answer. Stayed for 20 minutes, finally 4 other potential customers and myself left. Would give this store 0 stars if the app would let me. Do not recommend - will not be back.

O stars order from other online retailers Leave the Big 3 Brick and mortar retailers alone. This company does not care . Overcharge , Horrible service and refuse to cancel orders . SCAM Ordered on 12/21 was given a delivery date of 12/23 charged my card and it's now 12/23 no package . Im sorry it will be delivered after christmas . I even offered to pick up my package in the store or from the hub . Save your time order from someone else you will certainly save more money . Maybe then Autozone will realize they aren't the only supplier of parts and start caring if packages arrive on time

5 stars to Marcus at the South Blvd location!!!!!The battery light came on yesterday in my car, so I went to Auto Zone in Indian land SC to get it checked out after work. Thought they were great because they replaced my battery under warranty until I got down the road, and my car would not start after stopping at another store. I had to call for roadside assistance. When the tow truck got to me, he was able to jump my car off and said my battery cable were barely on and he wasn't allowed to fix. I called the Indian land location back, told them what had happen and that they need to fix it. I was told "I'm sorry, I put it on the best I could and we are closing you will have to come back tomorrow". After raising cane that I was on my way for them to fix. I got to the store and the manager came out to help get the battery connectors on correctly (I thought) and I left. I thought everything was good and even apologized for not being so nice on the phone until I got down the road again and my light came on again, but I made it home. Charged my jump box and prayed my car would get me to work. It did and after talking with my manager, he suggested that I take my car to the South Blvd location and have them look at it.Shout out to Marcus @ South Blvd. Not only did he tell me that the corrosion on my cables was what was an additional issue to the cable not being put back on correctly twice. He told me what to buy $3.50 kit and he fixed it for me. Marcus, thank you for all your help. You have went over and beyond in your customer service. I have always been a loyal customer of Auto Zone and from now on, Marcus at the South Blvd location will be my go to location!

Went there right before my battery died and Rob was kind enough to help take care of everything for me. Went out there and tested it, took it out and replaced one for me. As he was taking it out and putting a new one in he taught how to do it, what he was exactly doing and why. Couldn’t have asked for a better person handling that situation, man needs a raise! Thank you Rob

AutoZone likes to pride themselves on having them check your battery in hopes that you’ll buy one yet this is the second AutoZone I’ve visited on South in that refuses to come out and help me it’s really sad. Enjoy your 1 star

I needed a new battery for my car and luckily I dealt with Darrel! He helped me find the battery I needed and installed it quickly, even though there were complications that made the job harder. He was knowledgeable and pointed out necessary facts to help me learn. Definitely recommend him for any car needs!
