My mom went there today 05/29/2024 and she was ready to pay she was on the line and they asked her if she was paying cash or card and she replied cash my mom is Hispanic the two cashiers where African American and for “some” reason they told her to wait they proceed to take another 3 costumers who were also paying cash and they completely ignored her when she called me so that I could ask why they weren’t cashing her out the man on the phone replied with an attitude and said”I don’t even know what she is paying”she clearly had the items in her hands this makes me think is all because of race and I told him well could you please cash her out and he proceed to hang up on me and keep ignoring my mom. This is the worse costumer service we have ever received for no reason at all she was ignored other than being Hispanic. This workers need to do better.

The manager of the Auto Zone was super patient while answering in person questions and helping a customer on the phone. He had great positive energy while interacting with any customers. He assisted me with saving money on the battery while providing ideal customer service.

Staff doesn't want to work and gets upset when they have to find something in the back. Also this is the only autozone I've ever been to that "doesn't have a bathroom" GO TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH.

I went to Auto Zone looking for front brakes and rotors. I can admit I am not knowledgeable about any car stuff.
I entered the store knowing I would need to be assisted by someone who would be considered an expert. I was first greeted by a lady and I apologize for not remembering her name but she asked me what I needed and I proceeded to tell her. She said she wasn’t able to help due to not knowing the specifics regarding the pistons located on my car. I thought she just didn’t want to help so I went outside frustrated and grabbed the owners manual from my glove box. I flipped through each page and was unable to locate this information. I then saw another worker who I now know goes by the name of Corey.
I immediately approached him with my manual in hand and began to ask him if he could help me. I’m almost certain he could see and hear my frustration but he reminded calm and welcoming.
He assisted me inside the store and entered my VIN from my car inspection paper. Instantly I started to elaborate on how the previous worker was asked the same thing but apparently said the pistons would be vital in the decision of parts. He advised I reach out to someone I trusted regarding my car or try Google. Given the circumstances Google was my best bet at the time. I was able to pull it up and I realized the lady was not wrong.
I realized I learned two things today as I left the store. Number one is I can definitely be wrong when it comes to my interpretation of WHY someone does something.
Number two is (2) people can be right at the same time.
Corey was correct when he said I could use my VIN because that did help, but the lady was also right because I needed to know exactly how many pistons I had to ensure I would be making the right purchase for my Dodge Challenger.
I say all that to say my visit today to Auto Zone was great! I am very appreciative of the service and knowledge I received today. Not everyone knows that a charger and challenger brake change is different from other cars. But as of today I am no longer one of those people.
My mechanic should be able to fix my car tomorrow and I pray Google was right but even if they are not, I know Corey and the lady will be more than happy to assist me. Sometimes it’s the little things that create the bigger impacts.
Thank you Corey and please thank the lady as well. I was mad at her at first but I was woman enough to admit it and apologize after being educated.

Literally the least helpful experience of my life. I called this store after a recent flat hoping to get some direction or advice as I'm new to the area. I was met with a "the tire store. We just sell parts" dripping with apathy and disdain. No helpful direction, no apologies for the inconvenience. Just a clear indication that they would rather do anything other than help me with my problem. Thanks. I will always choose an alternative to AutoZone from now on.
And yes. I am also transferring some frustration from the flat to this experience but if this is the standard of customer service that is acceptable... I don't want it

Shout out to Auto Zone on Freedom Dr. My daycare bus needed a battery to run routes for the next day. I came close to their closing time and explained the importance of getting the battery in. Management approved one of the employees to follow me back to the center to replace the battery. We back rolling ?. Thank you!

Bought a battery from Autozone on Freedom Drive in December of 2021. I started having issues with my battery in December 2023. For 3-4 days I had to get a boost daily, i was late for work, I couldn't afford a new battery, money was tight. I went to back to Autozone on December 15th, 2023 to have my battery tested and was told I needed a new battery. My warranty expired on December 14th
