Best Car Wash in town. Besides actually getting your car clean (as opposed to rinsing it like several of these new car washes do to save a dime), these guys go the extra mile on each of my cars and trucks, paying close attention to the little details that make the big difference. With driven people like Avery managing, I can see why Autobell has been around for so long.

Dylan and Jonna were horrible. I literally had to do everything by myself and jonnas excuse was oh our vacuum's can’t reach certain areas. They literally did not lift any of my Matt’s to vacuum under them. All of my windows were not cleaned my cup holders were left untouched as well as my dash. They rushed and it really pissed me off. Was not helpful at all which is why I took things into my own hands to clean it to my perfection. I will be calling corporate tomorrow they didn’t even ask me if I wanted fragrance I HAD TO ASK. If I paid for it I shouldn’t have to ask for anything just presented with options. ??♀️

They did not do a good job on my windows on the inside. My interior was not wiped down properly. I know that they are in a rush, but a better job could have been performed.

I will never come here again to lose my $37 dollars and cleaning the inside by myself, first I talk to them to clean it the dashboard, the edges of doors and trunk to vacuum properly but kind of carelessness and I clean it by my self and even didn’t ask me for help

You cannot even tell my car was cleaned. The whole car has dust inside and the mirrors were not wipes, they did not vacuum in some parts, they also forgot to add my scent, and there are french fries still in the car, this is unacceptable. I should not have to pay the amount I did for the lack of work to clean my car.

I purchase the $39.99 rain repellent car wash believing that I would receive all of the benefits associated with this type of wash. Well I did not!!! My mats were have wiped down. Trash was still visible on the carpet. My tires were partially cleaned off. My exterior windows were not dried off at all. There are so many other benefits that were not completed but I won’t bother to list them I believe you get the picture. I was not looking for any additional benefits just the ones that I paid for (and I didn’t even receive all of them)!!!

I was disappointed by the service I received here about 2 weeks ago. I submitted thorough feedback on their website but was never contacted so I’m sharing here.
Basically I purchased a full service interior/exterior cleaning and paid $15 extra for the “master auto vac” add-on. Much of the interior was not wiped down or vacuumed. One entire side of my car was not vacuumed, which was obvious and also confirmed by one of the 2 Autobell employees cleaning my car. Exterior had visible dirt and grime. I asked them to clean more but they kept missing areas and eventually it felt like a waste of my time to stay any longer. I will not return to this location.

Bad experience. It was cleaned it in less than 10 minutes my car got scratched didn’t clean the tires good missed some spots inside the car. really bad experience $45 gone to waste I had to clean it my self.
