This will be my last visit to an Autobell. After a lackluster experience several years ago, I swore I'd never return. Yet I gave it a go today because I was in a time crunch and desperately needed to get my car washed after a trip to the beach. Yet again, a subpar job. The guys spent literally 5 minutes "detailing" my car before calling me over to wrap up. I asked them to clean out the doors and door frames, which they did before quickly asking for my ticket so they could move on. What I found was a trunk, seats, mats, floorboards and crevices needing to be vacuumed and wiped out. Rims needing to be cleaned, bugs wiped off the exterior, and my leather seats polished....all that I paid for with the Deluxe package ($35 + tip). I ended up using their vacuum and spot cleaning myself, and will finish the detailing later. HUGE waste of my time and money. Never again. Such a disappointment.

Normally have a great experience at this location - today was different as staff were overwhelmed which I understand but does not justify rude behavior and lack of quality in customer service. When entering the wash I’m careful to ensure my wheels are not scraped by the guide with the assistance of the associate who’s bringing vehicles in. This time they were rude and unhelpful. The touch update after by the outside staff were also sub par. I understand this not a premier service and more so for convenience although paying monthly for membership has now become everything but pleasant to subscribe to. I will be canceling my membership indefinitely.

I visited for the first time yesterday. I usually go to Sam’s Express but didn’t this time because I was too tired to clean out my trunk. I paid for the full service and expected my car to look spotless. After the wash, the car looked good from the outside, so I tipped the cleaner. However, when I got inside, I realized they never vacuumed the back seats and there were food crumbs. Then I looked at the trunk and it was still dirty. I am very disappointed and will not return here after paying so much money for a half-done job.

There are a few good people there who actually do the job right. My luck, I get the person who hates their job and does a piss poor job. Paid extra for a tire shine and they put it on half the tire without drying it before. After the horrible job, guy asks for a tip. Never coming back.

I don’t really ever leave bad reviews but this is really disappointing. The outside was okay - still not the best. But the service on the inside was pretty bad - they barely cleaned the inside of my car (which I paid for). Still lots of dog hair and crumbs. I even asked if they could vacuum out my child’s car seat in the back and they said “absolutely” … but they never did. They really did the bare minimum and definitely wasn’t what was described when I played for it. I heard Autobell was good but I regret spending around $25 plus tip on this. :(

The worst car wash i ever had i paid $48 and i gave $20 tips the worst car wash i even seen the car still not clean i did clean it by myself and all the employees just watching
