Drilled a hole straight through my oil pan. Now I'm stuck with a huge leak. Horrible mechanics. They have no idea how to work on cars here. They will also not fix what they break. Please go somewhere else.

Was told they would repair brakes for $80.00. Took car in, waited over an hour and was presented with an invoice for over $280.00!! Woman at counter said that there was no way we were told $80.00 as labor alone was more than that. Also, they replaced rotors without authorization. Would not send my worst enemy there for service.

Went in for a clutch job and came out with damaged wheel bearings and damaged cv axles. My car is now in worse condition then when it went in. I will be replacing the parts myself since I cannot find any good mechanics in charlotte. I'm very busy and do not have time to spend on car repair. If only someone knew how to actually work on cars in this city. I gave them a second chance and they still didn't even correct the issues they caused. It seems they have no idea what they are doing here.

Bad communication!! Did unauthorized work and tried to charge for it...Customer service is bad as well .I'll never go there again..The mechanic are good..The owner and the young lady that does the bills and take the payments are just nasty..
