“Got into an accident which is never fun , but once I got my car with caliber collision they made everything better, the customer service to schedule the appointment was seamless. I worked with Tamara regarding updates on my car throughout the three week process and I was very impressed to be updated every other day, my car was t boned and both of my doors needed to be replaced, after repairs my car looks brand new again. This location does immaculate work and it’s clear everyone there knows what they are doing. Again, I can’t thank Tamara enough for her communication with me, she is a gem of an employee and Caliber is lucky to have her.”

Although our car was deemed a total loss, we felt very taken care of by the folks at body works plus from the owner to the very knowledgable woman at the front desk ( I think her name is Rachel). It is clear that this shop doesn't cut corners and wants to ensure the highest quality of work. “I’m going to start this review by saying I drove 2 hours to Outlaw Offroad Charlotte to have the gears in my Jeep Gladiator done (so 4 hours there and back). But if that doesn’t answer if you should use them I will continue. I work in the automotive industry and am very particular about my Gladiator, in fact I do 90% of the work on it myself. But gears are one of those things that aren’t just mechanical work, “it’s an art” in the words of some other shops. And I could not be more happy with how well and smooth everything operates now. Outlaw did a fantastic job from Wes talking me through what I should go with, setting up the appointment, and the work itself. Not to mention their pricing for front and rear gears was excellent which tells me they are very confident in the job they do and are not worried about me coming back with issues. I can not thank the outlaw team enough for the job they did and the experience they gave me even being 2 hours away. If there is ever something else I need done to my gladiator that I am not comfortable doing, Outlaw Offroad-Charlotte will be the ones to do it.”

“I brought my Mazda here earlier this year after a deer jumped in front of the car. The front and side were pretty smashed up. I called a number of other body shops where the wait time would have been anywhere from 1 to 3 months! L&P told me that they can take my car the NEXT DAY and had the vehicle back to me after 2 weeks, where most of the wait had to do with parts being on back order. “Heard about these guys through A friend. Had a customer come into my shop with a battery drain. Diagnosed it as a bad alternator. It had been installed by another shop and after sending it back 3 different times to the manufacturer and getting it back bad,we decided to try this company. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Sold us a new alternator after dissembling the original part another company had sold us and seeing it was a mess. Installed the new alternator from these guys and fixed it.

“Honest, reliable and fair prices! I originally took my car to the ford dealer. I was experiencing a weird issue and figured the dealership would probably know what’s up. They kept my car for a few days and returned it letting me know they had no idea what the issue was. I decided to give Nicks a shot. It did take a week to get in, so know that they are busy, but they are worth it! They figured out the issue after explaining what was going on with it. Diagnostics didn’t catch anything so this was all exploratory on their part. Honest when calling me to let me know their solution may not work but we could give it a try. Over a month later and my car is still running just fine. They have gained a new loyal customer for sure!”
