I went to put a windshield on a 2012 Ford Explorer, they charged me $240 to order it, I said ok that's fine, then when I went to put it on, they told me it's $125 more for the installation, I told them I already paid for the glass and the installation They told me you only paid for the glass, how am I going to pay for the glass if I don't install glass, I came here to buy with installation, I said ok that's fine I'll pay for the rest, then they told me it's $250 more for the moldings because When I put the glass in they are going to break, I told them that I didn't want anything because it was a lot of money for a glass it was $615 dollars, the next day I went to another company and they gave it to me on the same day for $220 without much detour , I return for my money that I gave when I ordered the glass and they did not return my money, I do not recommend them because of thieves and manipulators, very bad service ?????

I arrived early to the appointment that was scheduled for me. They took my vehicle right back and got started. The convenience for me was great too, since I didn’t have to drive all the way to an industrial park to get it done.

Fast service & great customer service I had my front window replacedwhen the replacement arrived it had a small scratch on it due to shipping instead of just installing it they contacted me immediately & had another shipped overnight & had it installed in less than a hour!

Our appointment at Auto Glass Now was on Dec 12, 2023. I called about 1 week prior and spoke to Devon, asking for a quote. From that initial call, up until when we came to pick up our truck, once it was completed, we experienced nothing but top notch customer service. Bonnie from the front office constantly updated us, which I typically don’t experience anymore with businesses!!! Even before we drive off, a guy (don’t know his name) came over to personally talk to us about how they took care of our truck.Would recommend Auto Glass Now to EVERYONE!!!!

Called around and most affordable tinted glass for my 2020 Tucson for $260 out the door. They were able to schedule me in same day and I was out the shop in an hour. The folks that work there are awesome as well. I hope to not see them anytime soon but atleast I know they will be around when my Hyundai gets another window glass broken
