This is my second time using Atlantic Self Service, and they have been nothing but amazing. Donna and Mack are both so nice and have been very helpful. I never have to worry about my belongings. Highly recommend!!!

Just rented two storage units at Atlantic Self Storage in Charlotte. All I can say is that the facility is clean, secure, well managed.
The owners, Tim and Steve, are there looking over things and the staff - Donna, Mack and Melissa are professional, polite and willing to help.
Highly recommended.

Have had numerous storage spaces at Atlantic Self Storage. The employees are consistently professional and the facility is well maintained. After nearly five years of renting here, I cannot think of any negative issues. Highly Recommended. Have mainly dealt with Donna and McArthur. Super nice people that are always willing to help and accommodate.

What a great experience. First, we rented a truck and then went back to rent a storage unit. Couldn't have been a better process. We were shown an available unit, everything explained to us in detail as well as rental rates. I highly recommend. Mack, the manager was amazing, so good at his job and so knowledgable.
