Amazing experience at this location! Came in on busy weekend and Todd helped me the moment I walked in. Very polite and knowledgeable about the shoes with 5- star customer service! This is the only location in Charlotte so it’s nice to see people happy to help and vibrant with energy!!

The staff was extremely high energy. I had no less then 3 staff members offer to help within the first minute of walking in. I found what I needed and was informed about the buy 1 get 1 free sale on socks. The store was very clean and atmosphere was great!
