I really wanted a coat that was unavailable online and locally in my size. I called this store, which is out of state, and spoke with a very nice young lady by the name of Katira. She absolutely made my day when she told me that not only did they carry the coat, but they had it in the size I needed. She placed the coat aside for me so that my son could pick it up!!!! She deserves much kudos!!!!! Thank you so much!!! I am one happy customer!!!

Ashley Stewart has no price adjustment policy in place, but I was told that as a courtesy’, they provide a 24 hour price adjustment policy. I had not even received my order yet and the supervisor told me that it goes by the date you ordered. One order was 2 days and the other order was 3 days. I can’t do business with a company that has such stringent/unbending rules, so buyers beware. They won’t get any more of my money.

My experience for the first time in STORE was horrible! I walked in a was greeted by a young lady I thought I was about to have a great experience shopping in the store. I think she was in charge of stocking and changing the floor display. I needed assistance with being sized ( since I mainly order online). First, I stood in the middle of the store for about 10 minutes until she came out from the back. She didn't acknowledge me at first until I spoke and asked if could I be sized. She looked at me and said they couldn't do that. So I said okay well what do you all do in this case. Basically, I had to drag information out of her to get sized and stand in the middle of the store taking my own measurements ( cool if this is store policy but she didn't even want to assist in doing that nor have my go-to a dressing room with the door open to go through the measurement). Once I got my measurements I asked her to explain the cups etc. She did however no other details were exchanged. She didn't ask me what coverage I was looking for or recommended a bra that was good. She walked off and continued on her phone. I then stood in front of the counter for a few minutes while she was on her phone to ask if I could be let into a dressing room. She then took her time to find a key and the other lady ( short with a fro) let me know one of the doors was already open. As I was browsing the bra section, it was hard to tell which ones were on sale so I asked the greeter because the other young lady was still on her phone and didn't make eye contact to be bothered. Once I was done and was ready to check out the manager ( I am assuming) and two workers were on the floor having a conversation. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes and then walked over to ask if someone could check me out. The young lady slowly walked over with an attitude and checked me out and the manager didn't even acknowledge that I was at the register or let me know she was on her way. She stuffed everything in the bag and didn't go over the return policy, asked about my visit, or let me know I acquired any coupons, etc. for my next visit. Honestly, I was excited about my first in-store visit because they closed the one in my area and I was an hour and 30 minutes away. However, now that I know how to size myself and read the so-called tags I will continue to shop online because the customer service at this location is horrible.

Normally great service today the cashier was very rude unprofessional and with an attitude yes all that rudeness wrapped in one person to bad she made the entire experience bad she didn't have to. Being professional is her livelihood maybe she doesn't realize this
