Have lived in this community (Arwen Vista) for 10 months. Arwen Vista is a diverse community and is safe and quiet. The management, office and maintenance staff are friendly, respectful, and responsive to residents needs in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are well kept and maintained.

My roommate and I love the apartments at Arwen Vista. We are both students at Charlotte University, which is right around the corner. Having a washer and dryer in our unit is also a huge score.
