Stopped in without an appointment when the tire pressure indicator alerted. Staff members Ivan, Joseph, and Joey were courteous and very helpful. My tire was plugged where a screw was found hiding between the treads. I was back on the road in a timely fashion. Thanks guys!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. ANIMAL CRUELTY *** The business owner put a kitten in a trap wire cage on the side of the busy south tryon street, with a sign that said free kitten. Who knows how long the kitten was outside in the heat with cars flying past it. I rescued the kitten, it is TRAUMATIZED. But it is safe. I will be reporting this to the police.

Excellent service from start to finish! This was a 3d shop I was visiting for coming and going check engine light. I was greeted upon arrival, and the service manager was very detailed. You can tell that they care about their quality of work and service. What I really appreciated the most was that they didn't try to nickel and dime me. What they quoted me is what I paid, and it was very reasonable. My check engine light has not come back for 3600miles already. I think that's MY mechanic!

My son and I were in the Charlotte area and needed our car checked before proceeding on our 3 1/2 hour journey home. We called this location right before noon and was able to get a 2pm appt. Our concern was that there may be a problem with the tires and all the engine lights were lit on the dash. My son thought maybe it was the battery. The “mechanics” at this location said they were unable to do anything with the tires because we didn’t have a wheel lock key. They advised that we would only be able to get one at the Hyundai dealership. As for the dash lights they never checked the battery and chalked up the problem to maybe a rodent chewing wires. As a matter of fact, the mechanic said you have “big problems”. So my son & I left and noticed another Tire shop right down the road; Tuffy’s was the name. We stopped in without an appointment and was immediately helped.
They diagnosed a bad battery , replaced it and all the dash lights went off. ( No rodent damage) After checking every tire they said they were all in good condition with the exception of 1 leaky valve which they replaced. They checked all the fluids and gave the car a clean bill of health.
We paid and my son tipped the mechanic.
Tuffy’s is the place to go in Charlotte for Honesty, Professionalism, and Great Customer Service.

Joseph was very knowledgeable and kept me updated about any issues. Even called to let me know of some things I did not have to do, which was a great and amazing experience to know he took care of me without tacking on bills that were uncalled for. I will definitely be using this place for any future projects on my vehicle. I recommend Arowinds to everyone.

Joseph and the rest of the staff go above and beyond. It can be hard to find a reliable and trustworthy tire shop but these guys are incredible. They don't nickel and dime, and are straight forward. Thank you Arowinds Tire & Auto

I recently had a front end alignment on my sons Chevy S10 after a rebuilt is fun end and the shop was the only place that talk about what needed to be done in order to get it back in spec!!!They definitely understand and know what they are doing. I dropped my truck off that morning that afternoon they called explain what they had to do and let me know that it was ready.There prices are great as well!!!I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them in the future.

I recently had a terrific experience with Arowind Tire & Auto that I simply have to share. I called them in need of new tires, and I was blown away by how helpful and quick they were in assisting me.When I called in the morning to inquire about the tire size I needed, they not only promptly provided the information I needed but also ordered the tires since the size tire my car uses isn’t ever in stock ANYWHERE (I called everyone in Charlotte) To my amazement, the tires arrived and were ready to be installed by 2 pm the same day – talk about efficiency!The service didn't stop there. The gentleman who helped me at Arowind Tire & Auto was incredibly helpful. While changing my tires, he took the time to inspect my car and noticed some minor repairs that could be done. What truly stood out was that he provided estimates for these repairs without any pressure to proceed, understanding that they weren't immediately necessary.And the icing on the cake was the price – it was an absolute steal for the quality of service and the tires I received. Arowind Tire & Auto not only exceeded my expectations in terms of speed and service but also in terms of value for money.
