In my 27 years of working in food service never had to deal with a worst company than Aramark. Charges for invoices never delivered. Raising you payment by 107% in one month without Bever asking.I am trying to contact the corporate and the sales person for 2 months but no one reaches back to me.Do your self a favor and never sign a contract with them.Is a nightmare.

This comapny is unethical and steals from small business, trapping them in contracts with hidden fees and overcharging everything, beware of this company and go for unifirst best prices, and they dont charge for towels they are washing towels u already payed for, and they dont charge u for towels and material insurance every week either, they never keep up with their systems they charge for, they can be broken for years

Worst customer service experience ever. Even after canceling the account they want to charge me. Even not showing up to service the account the will sign off life they did and charge you for it. The managers/supervisors just make up excuses. At one point they didn’t showed up for 3 months and kept charging us, then they showed up one day like nothing happened. Don’t do business with them.

Horrible company to lease uniforms from. I was charged hundreds dollars the first year (without being told beforehand) for the “new” uniforms on top of the regular weekly service charge. Recently, after finally being given new pants to replace the pairs they have lost over time, I compare the labels on the new and older pairs. I was given USED pants from the beginning even though I was charged for new ones. So I’ve been wearing someone else’s OLD pants but I was charged for NEW ones. I rarely ever get all of my clothes back I turn in the previous week. My coworkers are being charged for more clothes than they even get from them (more than their contract ever stated). I’ve only used them here for less than two years and my clothes are already falling apart. We are constantly out of the supplies that they are suppose to bring. Their website claims they will bring emergency supplies if you have a busy week but we can’t even get the normal orders. I’ve used Aramark for mats and toiletries when I managed other places and they were usually decent. My experience with their uniform services has been horrible. Stay away from Aramarks shady business practices. I will definitely be canceling my contract and finding another company for my business. Very disappointing, shame on you Aramark.

Like my job and the employees there are great. I work in the business office sometimes can be stressful but that's with any job. Love the people and my boss!!
