We purchased a Dual Temp Swim Spa from Nick at Aqua Living in Charlotte, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we walked in, Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding us through the selection process to find the perfect match. The installation was smooth and professional. Nick made sure we understood how to maintain and operate our new swim spa. The quality of the product is outstanding, and it is made in Johnson City, Tennessee. Good selection of high quailty hot tubs on display (but all dry - no water so you couldn't see any working). Prices were MUCH better than other local places we visited because it's a bare bones, ultra low overhead factory warehouse operation - no fancy showroom, etc. John was helpful, friendly, not pushy, very professional. You'll be excited but be patient because most spas are custom made - 4 weeks or so from order to delivery. Would highly recommend! We bought the Kennedy model by Catalina and LOVE it... use it daily, sometimes twice. P. S. we went with EZ Pad ($400) to use as foundation vs concrete slab.

***UPDATE: parts shipped were WRONG!! Now another 7-10 days for shipping, and since the first service call was $195/hour, I am now going to be spending twice that for a second call since the parts sent weren’t right and one piece was missing. Another loss for me, yet Aqua Living continues to slip under the radar of the BBB and others.

GREAT purchase! We loved this hot tub, we purchased the G6 when we moved to our new home and its definitely a game changer as far as therapy goes! Very comfortable for 4 people and ok for 5, and easy to setup and maintain.The jets can be adjusted or turned off completely , it effectively circulates the water and with the both pumps turned on the jets are super powerful, we also enjoy the lighting at night.Once again, thank you some much for all your help Nick, you Rock!

My husband and I bought our first hot tub this summer from Aqua Living. Amazing enough, this was the first stop we made to look at hot tubs and found no reason to look any further. John, our sales rep, was very informative without any pressure to purchase. The process went smooth from beginning to end. It took about 6 weeks for delivery, which was within the 6-8 week time frame delivery that John had told us. This gave us time to prepare our backyard just the way we wanted it while awaiting the hot tub to complete it. We absolutely love our new space, it is very inviting! We enjoyed the hot tub in the summer using lower temps. Now we relax using the warmer temps for the fall months. Aqua Living is definitely a place to consider if you are in the market to purchase a hot tub!

Nice selection of Hot Tubs and a very informative gentleman there to help you with your selection! John really does know his stuff! This is our second purchase with him and we have been delighted with the first hot tub we bought. My husband and I are looking forward to upgrading to a second one, hot tubs really help the body as you get older.

I had been looking at several spa places considering making a purchase. I came to Aqua living and wish I had started here first. Amazing prices compared to others and the fact they are made in the USA was a big deal to me. We received our spa a couple of months ago and have enjoyed it tremendously. Looking forward to many more years. Thanks Nick for your knowledge and great customer service. I highly recommend starting here first if interested in a new spa made in the USA!

We bought a hot tub from Aqua Living Spa in August and could not be happier with our purchase. Nic helped us pick out our dream spa. We went into this not knowing anything about hot tubs but he was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the benefits of each model and helped us select a tasteful hot tub that fits our beautiful new backyard.
