“I've lived here for about 4 months now, and I've loved it! The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The package lockers are excellent - they have made receiving deliveries easy and stress-free. The amenities are in great condition. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. Tree cover along most of the sidewalks is lovely and makes afternoon walks comfortable. The neighborhood is also conveniently within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants. The lifestyle at Gramercy Square is really pleasant!
Special shout-out to our maintenance crew. Though several of my appliances did not work correctly during the first month or so (the only reason for taking off 1 star), maintenance responded to every one of my tickets quickly and resolved the issues. AC still goes down periodically, but this is usually resolved within a day.
Aside from the early appliance issues, the positives only go on. The discounted rate for Spectrum service is very nice to have. The apartment (renovated model, 1/1) was in great condition upon move-in. The bathroom feels clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a spacious countertop. Pest control seems to be top-notch (not a single creepy crawly so far).
I'm thrilled to live at Gramercy Square! I highly recommend it here for anyone looking to live a comfortable apartment life with a fantastic neighborhood.”

“Since we moved in, it has been nothing but a great experience. The area is quiet. The apartments are located in an area where there are shops within walking distance. When we moved in our lock kept jamming, maintenance came out within the day the order was placed and fixed the problem. We really appreciated that. The only thing we have a concern about is the lack of owners not picking up their dog poop. You can see it in the grass and if someone is not looking, it could get on their shoes. Other than that, the apartment is really nice.”

I want to give a special thanks to the property manager, Ginette J. who went out of her way to assist with an issue I recently had and even advocated for me with the management company. “NICE place to live thou the units are dated (been there for well over 20 yrs) they are WELL maintained units, common areas as well as amenities. The few times we have had to call for maintenance again they were prompt and addressed the issue without prompting. Recent ice storm ...handled the parking lot was salted, scraped and clear for those of us who had to wk. Community its well light, very quite and crime at minimal (couple car break n but again minimal issues). As a single, live alone female i feel very comfortable here. Staff is always pleasant, helpful and professional. They even host regular monthly engaging community events. My only 2 complaints- We pay $26.50 mthly for trash pick up however they are not inconsistent. With well over 400 units that company (IF there is a 3rd party) is getting PAID. Certainly, more then enough leverage to have consistent service. I must admit it has got a little better n the last couple mths. 2nd
they no longer allow smoking IN YOUR UNIT or COMMON AREAS ?.”

“We moved to Camden Gallery after touring a few apartment complexes in the area. We appreciate the range of amenities offered, and how seamless they make everything - from trash collection to receiving packages and maintenance requests. The entire staff and maintenance team are super friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Most importantly, we feel incredibly safe with the security system they have in place.
We toured the building with Valentyna and worked with her to secure our lease. She even visited our unit to check on packages during our move from out-of-state and communicated with us after-hours... she is the best!”

“My experience at the Sawyer has been a roller coaster ride lol. First moving in I had a very terrible experience with my upstairs neighbors with no real resolution for about 6 months until they moved out. Once my lease was up, i decided to stay because I loved the area and community so, I was able to transfer units easily and find my new unit much better. (If you are sensitive to noise, beware living beneath someone as the floors can be thin and not soundproof)
The best part of living at the sawyer is accessibility to groceries, gas, food etc. the community is very nice and clean, as well as maintenance is very attentive and fast to fix issues. There are small improvements that can be made of course as there are to every apartment complex but I’d say for the overall price, staff, and safety this is one of the best places in Charlotte I have found.”
