“Living at Camden Gallery has been a really positive experience for me. The location strikes a nice balance between convenience and calmness, making it easy to access what I need without feeling overwhelmed. I've been living here without a car and I've had no issues getting around as South End is very walk-able, the light rail is right across the street, and there are usually scooters on Camden Road. The amenities, like the fitness center, rooftop terrace, club room, and pool, are well-kept and add to the overall comfort.The staff here have been incredibly helpful throughout my time here. From day one, their genuine willingness to assist and address any concerns has made a significant difference in my living experience. Whether it's answering questions, providing guidance, or promptly resolving maintenance issues, their friendly and approachable demeanor has created a positive and supportive atmosphere. So far, I have LOVED my stay here at the villages. Literally everyone has been so nice, from office staff to the community. Maintenance has been great, Jeff is awesome and provides timely services. The pool and laundry room have stayed clean, as well as the apartment grounds. I rented a one bed one bath and the layout is so nice with plenty of storage. Only downside is the kitchen is a bit small and doesn’t have a pantry, but it gets the job done. I have purchased a hutch which allows me to have a little more storage for my appliances.
I love the location of the apartments, as it is not directly off a main road and is tucked away. HUGE shoutout to Penny and Apple for always being so kind. They genuinely go above and beyond for the residents here, and now-a-days you don’t see that often. For the price of these apartments, I genuinely feel like I’ve gotten the bang for my buck!”
“Since we moved in, it has been nothing but a great experience. The area is quiet. The apartments are located in an area where there are shops within walking distance. When we moved in our lock kept jamming, maintenance came out within the day the order was placed and fixed the problem. We really appreciated that. The only thing we have a concern about is the lack of owners not picking up their dog poop. You can see it in the grass and if someone is not looking, it could get on their shoes. Other than that, the apartment is really nice.”

“Sawyer Providence Farm is a very good place to live. The place is nice, clean, tidy and very quiet. Not to mention the excellent surroundings, which are surrounded by supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants and various shops. The administrative team is friendly and although we are not fluent in the language, they try to understand us and always help us resolve our doubts and problems. The maintenance team, although very efficient, has room for improvement in terms of the attitude of some employees.”

“Ayrsley Lofts has been a wonderful experience. I have been staying here since May 2022 and I have had few to little issues with my unit. The staff is very caring and attentive for any concerns. Hina & Candice are very friendly. Gabrielle, the property manager is very thoughtful & cares of the well being of all the tenants and has made great changes to the property. Felix & the maintenance has been super helpful in resolving any issues quickly.Ayrsley Lofts is a great community and I recommend living here!”

“This place is amazing, I have been here for almost a month and the staff here is great. Every person I have came in contact with always has a smile on their face and positive attitudes. The front desk is amazing, and when I need something there is no hesitation it gets done in a timely manner. The management team is outstanding. This by far is the best extended stay I have stay at, and if you need a place to stay at a reasonable price, I definitely recommend staying here. Keep up th good work.”

“I've been a resident for two years now. Moved here from NYC by myself so I wanted a community that was safe and accessible to grocery stores, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, yummy dining options and still affordable. Minutes from the 4mile creek greenway trail! I'm really blessed to have found it at Canopy! My apt is huge for the price and with windows that look out to a beautiful canopy of trees.I'm on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. When my family and friends visit, they love my apt and the peace of the community. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved and the maintenance staff is kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Lester is great! The gym is amazing (I need to use it more!) and when I was having issues with my wifi router, I was able to go work from the business center boardroom in the clubhouse very conveniently. The leasing office also puts on some cute and fun events--where you get to meet your neighbors.”
