“We moved to Camden Gallery after touring a few apartment complexes in the area. We appreciate the range of amenities offered, and how seamless they make everything - from trash collection to receiving packages and maintenance requests. The entire staff and maintenance team are super friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Most importantly, we feel incredibly safe with the security system they have in place.
We toured the building with Valentyna and worked with her to secure our lease. She even visited our unit to check on packages during our move from out-of-state and communicated with us after-hours... she is the best!”

So far, I have LOVED my stay here at the villages. Literally everyone has been so nice, from office staff to the community. Maintenance has been great, Jeff is awesome and provides timely services. The pool and laundry room have stayed clean, as well as the apartment grounds. I rented a one bed one bath and the layout is so nice with plenty of storage. Only downside is the kitchen is a bit small and doesn’t have a pantry, but it gets the job done. I have purchased a hutch which allows me to have a little more storage for my appliances.
I love the location of the apartments, as it is not directly off a main road and is tucked away. HUGE shoutout to Penny and Apple for always being so kind. They genuinely go above and beyond for the residents here, and now-a-days you don’t see that often. For the price of these apartments, I genuinely feel like I’ve gotten the bang for my buck!”
“Since we moved in, it has been nothing but a great experience. The area is quiet. The apartments are located in an area where there are shops within walking distance. When we moved in our lock kept jamming, maintenance came out within the day the order was placed and fixed the problem. We really appreciated that. The only thing we have a concern about is the lack of owners not picking up their dog poop. You can see it in the grass and if someone is not looking, it could get on their shoes. Other than that, the apartment is really nice.”

“Sawyer Providence Farm is a very good place to live. The place is nice, clean, tidy and very quiet. Not to mention the excellent surroundings, which are surrounded by supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants and various shops. The administrative team is friendly and although we are not fluent in the language, they try to understand us and always help us resolve our doubts and problems. The maintenance team, although very efficient, has room for improvement in terms of the attitude of some employees.”

“Ayrsley Lofts has been a wonderful experience. I have been staying here since May 2022 and I have had few to little issues with my unit. The staff is very caring and attentive for any concerns. Hina & Candice are very friendly. Gabrielle, the property manager is very thoughtful & cares of the well being of all the tenants and has made great changes to the property. Felix & the maintenance has been super helpful in resolving any issues quickly.Ayrsley Lofts is a great community and I recommend living here!”
