I had a mostly great experience here! There was a large selection of wigs here. The person that helped me first was really kind and supportive during my first wig shopping experience.I'll be excited to go back and find more!!

Thank you Ann’s Beauty. I am currently in your store and once again I have purchased a $400+ wig. I’ve taken a picture of your wonderful staff cutting my lace front and my receipt. I’m doing this because I’ve had a terrible time with Tisun who, like you, have a mostly African American clientele still not letting us try on wigs as of 7/14/2023. Thank you for not mistreating your customers who are spending hundreds and over time thousands of hard earned $$$ with you.I don’t like being treated like a criminal. We can go into salons, get lashes, facials, eyebrows, shop for clothes and should be able to try on this expense purchase which is not returnable. Please don’t change. Customer for life. I’ll travel further to be treated with respect and care.

This establishment is filled with boxes on the isle. I am in a wheelchair so trying to get through the isles is very hard for me. Then their rules to try on a wig need to be changed.

They seemed helpful but more or less trying to low key watch me as if I'm a theif everyone doesn't know about hair so yeah it took me a long time to find what I needed and I had to phone a friend for help,my advice to this store is don't rush me out because of your negative thinking,I went out to get my phone and ohhh boy cashier guy looking all at me just so ridiculous,y'all need to stop all of you judgemental individuals.
