Enjoyed the glasses selection process, Diana and Glacier were wonderful in assisting us. I typically loathe the process of frame selection but they made it enjoyable and were very helpful. I hope they’re in the next time I choose frames!

Visited the location on Monday 10/7 there was confusion upon checking in. However, Ms. Love politely walked over to assist she was very knowledgeable, patient, well-spoken, and pleasant. She took care of my needs she's AWESOME Thank You Love!!!!!

The ladies in the front are all so sweet, helpful, kind, and attentive. The doctor is thorough and efficient. I've been here at least 3 times and have never had anything less than a great experience.

Diana was exceptional! I experienced the best service and general kindness that I've ever had at any eye doctor location. She was happy to walk me through all of my options and explained things all along the way. I worked with three different people while I was there and each one of them stood out in their own special way of being super helpful. The pre-screening and the doctor were also top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better visit and a special thanks to Ms Diana!!

I came in for an eye exam because my eyes had progressively gotten worse over the past 6 months. Ms. Mabel, Martha and Andi were all a pleasure to work with helped me find the perfect solution!

Warning to anyone buying glasses here.... Pay the $25 for the insurance otherwise if you walk out of there and break your glasses you're going to have to replace them out of your own pocket. I bought a pair of glasses in May and before I went on vacation in August I want to put these glasses on and they just broke! (See picture) I thought for sure they would replace them since I only had them for a couple of months and I bought a total of four pairs of glasses there! Well I didn't get the insurance because I've been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old and I'm 56... I've never broken a pair in my life. So I did not see the need in getting the insurance. I regret it now! It was $200 for the pair that I wore for like 2 months and I think I may be wore them a
handful of times because like I said I bought four pairs. I'm not too happy that they won't even replace them because I didn't buy the $25 insurance oh well.....buyer beware. Maybe I can find someone to fix them!!!! UPDATE: long story short I sent an email the next day and they took care of this! I'm really glad they did because I don't think I would have ever come back here if they didn't! Thank you so much! I changed you to five stars! Definitely deserved five stars for that thank you again!

While I wasn’t impressed with the doctors, the front of house staff is incredible! There was a polar difference between the welcoming and kind staff up front, and a very short, rushed exam with no care.

Dianna and Glacier were absolutely amazing ! They helped us find exactly what we needed. They did such a great job making the process super easy and made the experience so much fun in the process. We loved their personalities so much and look forward to coming back in the future !

The front staff is amazing! Dr. Marati has an attitude! I can't see in my contacts, and my glasses are blurry! I have a bad stigmatism and she refused to change my prescription, she really don't care about me not being able to see! I spent my money here on contacts and glasses that I can't wear! And I don't wear my glasses because it gets blurry when I drive and walk! I'm currently wearing my old rundown glasses because she won't change my prescription and caught an attitude about it like it was a problem with me coming back wanting a new prescription! The only way this place have a 4.7 rating is because of the front staff cause it's not because of the Dr.! I now got to find another optometrist and pay for more glasses and contacts I'm pissed!!! ?.

I was not impressed! The ladies upfront were great but Dr. Marati needs to work on how she speaks to her patients. She is very insensitive to the elderly, I came with my mother who used a walker and she rushed her along the entire time! No smiles no questions, just rude! Maybe it was because we're black I don't know but she will cause this location to lose another of business with her attitude. Never again!

Today, 04-30-24, was the most horrible day of my life in a medical consultation in this country... Since I arrived they made me feel like a person out of place... I tell you: When I arrive at my appointment on time from the moment I entered and they saw I didn't speak English, they already made bad faces and looked at each other, I know that the main language of this country is English and I understand it but I recently arrived and I'm studying it, well I'll follow you first thing when the one you gave me arrives The service told me that if I didn't speak English the doctor couldn't help me. I told her that if they wanted me to cancel my appointment and I was going to another clinic, well, she insisted and told me that if I was already there, that I should try... Well There I waited for them to take care of me and when the doctor called me to see me I explained to her that I don't master the language very well, there I felt like she was very upset until someone called to translate for me, then she asked me what brand of glasses I was wearing I didn't know but anyway I told her that I had been with them for a year and that I should be in the system, then the exam didn't even arrive for 5 minutes because with the coldness that she treated me it was horrible...I tell you from my humble opinion that I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who be Latin and speak Spanish because they make you feel the worst... Excuse me for saying it like that, but the truth is that for me they were very inhuman because no one wants to have or suffer from any disease
