Initially, I was concerned about my lashes falling out, but I was completely wrong. I prefer a simple, classic look with their YY style, but it's easy to go for a more dramatic effect for special occasions if needed.

The most horrible experience of my life ? they were so rude to me, I genuinely felt so disrespected for no reason. I wasted my time and money, and my eyelashes fell out each time after only a few days. The first time my eyelashes didn’t even look like what I asked for at all. When I went to get them fixed, they were slightly better, but then one eye’s lashes fell out within a few days. And when you complain, they do not care. I wish I could remember the technician who was insanely rude because she should not be working in this industry. Honestly felt like she hated her job, herself, and me. Don’t go here, stay far far away.

My girlfriend was very excited about getting lashes for her first time (it was her birthday). She made an appointment to get something corrected that she didn’t like, as they promised they do touch up’s for free. Upon arriving to her appointment they acted like they didn’t know her and couldn’t help her, despite her being in there a couple days prior. What kind of customer service is this!!!!! Terrible experience!!!

This was my first time getting lashes. Natasha was very knowledgeable, she explained the process, recommended the natural style for me since I’m not use to wearing lashes, and made me feel calm throughout the whole process. She was willing to take breaks when I asked, she told me everything she was doing as she did it, and she did a wonderful job. She waxed my eyebrows after and ensured I was happy with them and my lashes before I left. Natasha was meticulous, took her time, and was so amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a little pick me up, a self care day, or just want some new lashes. The lashes have boosted my confidence and are fairly easy to clean.
