Had a great one night stay. The hotel is trendy and in the cutest area with restaurants right outside. Tons of stuff walkable. The girl at the front desk was so sweet.

It is a good place for a day a way from a NORMS...
Nearby activities: The trail to walk, the garden, u can bike if you want family activity
Walkability: Truly relaxing, a place to hang out, go on date, affordable
Food and drinks: ALOFT I stayed, and truly A LOT of choice of resto and food in the strip, love it coz it's not crowded it's a classy, homie, relax location.

Front office lady at check in counter ought to be way more polite and friendly. She appeared unhappy to be there.

We stayed here a month ago and everything was incredible. Courtney was our bartender at the hotel WXYZ bar and she went above and beyond!

Extremely clean, nice hotel. Pet friendly! There’s so many restaurants to walk to right from the hotel.

I checked in with a with a welcome and friendly happy smile from Amber. She accommodated me a higher floor near the corner to be more quiet. She even brought the sandals to me directly as housekeeper was off work. I feel she has great customer service that goes above and beyond. But, there were bunch of kids constantly opening a closing door all night, talked loud and even running at the hallway.I planned to swim in the morning, but the water was filthy dirty with hair, debris and floating stuff, likely caused by those kids again. Andrew was kind enough to offer to clean the pool, but it is just too dirty for me.Also, the room AC was strange as it constantly ran for few minutes and stop for about a minute. It was very loud that when it ran, I barely could hear the TV audio. I have stayed in many other aloft hotels before and never noticed or recall issue like this. She accommodateDon’t know why the corporate have a noisy mechanical clock next to the bed? I had to unplug it.I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, 1st night was rough, but other two nights were normal. Although the 1st night experience was bad, the staff were offered some compensation.

Great modern hotel with a casual vibe. The staff is fantastic and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Alton for going above and beyond to assist with some tech items I needed to complete my work. Highly recommend!

Rooms: This establishment is very nice and elegant for a weekend stay. The location is safe. Free Parking and nearby restaurants.

Super nice people great service and the hotel was really nice. It wasn’t super luxurious, but it was cheap and cheerful and nicely appointed.
