As a female it is always scary when your car stops working and you need to trust someone to fix it for you. Almar has been taking care of my cars for the past 14 years. They are knowledgeable, reliable and have taken great care of my vehicles. I am confident bringing my vehicle to them for maintenance and repairs as they never recommend unnecessary services, and are always looking out for my safety and well being. I have recommended them to friends and they have received the same honest and trustworthy service that I have appreciated over the past decade. I can't recommend them enough, great service in a timely manner and fair pricing, they can't be beat.

My car had an unfortunate, unexpected issue. ALMAR took it on within an hour's notice. Workload permitting, they were able to take a look at it the same day and issue a quote for repair. This is an excellent place, the people are friendly and take the time to explain the repairs and their suggestions.I took my car in due to muffler noise. Initially they said they would have to replace the entire muffler, however after taking the part off the car, they saw that they could save me money by replacing only part of the part. They saved me several hundred dollars in repairs, without sacrificing repair quality.I will always be taking my cars to this shop.

I found this repair shop via the Costco referral program. Owner Rusty was nice and accommodating. He worked me in the next morning to work on brakes and traction control, new tires and alignment. He was honest and the price was very fair. The work was done quickly and well. The car drives GREAT now! I'm so glad we found them. We will definitely come back for our next service work. I loved the shop too! Full of fun collectibles. It felt like a cool uncles country store.

I have been going to Almar for years. There are times I'll move out of the city and it is heart breaking knowing I don't have a trustworthy mechanic shop. I brought many vehicles for them to work on, but mostly the basics. If major work is needed, the pricing is decent. It's almost dealership work, with no dealership price. When work is completed on your vehicle, they will let you know the status and future maintenance if needed. I was recommended by import works to come here, and my acura tl was their first customer.Services: Transmission

Moved down to Charlotte earlier this year. First priority for me is always finding a good mechanic I can trust. I was recommended Almar by a friend and could not have gotten luckier. Great service, friendly customer relations, fair and honest pricing, and even the waiting room is awesome. If you are wary of mechanics like I am from bad interactions in the past, you have no worries with Almar!

I went here based on Google reviews that painted it in a very favorable light. Boy were they right. I was just going to get an alignment and I knew there was something pretty wrong with my drive train too. While they couldn't get the alignment done due to the other issue, they were able to find out what was wrong, and quickly. Not only was I not billed for the time (because I was coming back), they got the parts in and my car fixed the next morning. They were pleasant to deal with, easy to work with, and didn't try to do anything shady like I've dealt with at other shops. I was in, out, and on my way with a car that didn't shake like it was possessed in a few hours, and the repairs were very fairly priced. I will be using them in the future for any other repairs or inspections needed on my arthritic Camry.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I brought my van in with a check engine light on. Was told it’ll cost $2,000 to be repaired, I paid that with no problem. Was given my van back with the same issues that I brought it in for and the check engine light was still on. They don’t stand by their quality of work at all and if you’re expecting them to correct anything they’ve done be prepared to pay them again to fix the EXACT SAME ISSUES. Waste of time and even a bigger waste of money.

When I bought my 1966 Chevy I created a significant to do list, some of the them small, some of them not. I took it to Almar and we went over the list.In just a few days I had my car back and was very pleased with the results and the price. I've been back in a couple of times since, most recently this week, and and am always happy with their work and advice.Jack K.

Mike is a straight up guy he will tell you how it is and if he can fix it he will got my car in an out in a day hundred percent recommend coming to get your car serviced here.

I recently needed tires for my 2019 RAM truck and they were able to make some recommendations based on their experience with different brands.They were very knowledgeable and professional.
