Had the pleasure of working with Chris throughout the process. Put in my quote through the website and received a call back with information needed. Was able to book a week in advance, Showed up at my house with their mobile repair for 3 wheels with curb rash/ Gouges in the wheel. Took about 2 hours and i was very happy with the results. Definitely recommend and will be using them again for anymore future needs for life.

I experienced a flat tire recently and brought it to Costco for repair. They informed me that the issue was with the rim and suggested either sourcing one from a salvage yard or having it repaired by a machinist. Despite searching extensively, I was unable to find a suitable replacement rim. Upon contacting Honda for a stock rim, I was quoted approximately $650. Eventually, I discovered Alloy Wheel and spoke with Luke, the owner. I brought my rim to him, and he agreed to inspect it the following morning. To my surprise, Luke called me first thing in the morning and informed me that the issue was actually a hole in the tire. Remarkably, the inspection was conducted free of charge, showcasing exceptional customer service. Although Alloy Wheel already boasts numerous positive reviews, I am pleased to add another one to the list.

Ahhhhhmazing. So glad I took my car here. not only did they repair the bent wheel, they cleaned up the rash and made it look brand new. They are the BEST!!!! Before and after photos shown.

Went There At Openning! They Called Me Maybe 20 Minutes Later! At First I Was Expecti g A Bent Rim! They Told Me My Rim Was Cracked & Would Have To Be Welded! I Pick My Car Up 12 Noon! Car Drives Perfect Now! They Did An Amazing Job!

I was greeted by Luke, a great guy who is patient, and attentive. I called other shops prior to getting service here and they were more interested in selling me a brand new rim rather than fixing the bent rim that still can work good. Price was reasonably priced and service was quick. Let’s be honest, no one really likes spending money on car maintenance/issues, but it's a part of life... might as well do it at a place that deserves your money! I give them 5 stars

Had them do work on my Lexus… Communication is little to none and your expectations are set so high to be let down by horrible execution and poor quality control. At the end of my experience I’ll never use them or their franchise again. Time and time I was let down and utterly disappointed in what they accomplished vs what they said they would deliver.

Alloy Wheel repair fixed two of my black scraped up rims on my Lexus ES350 back to new! Lamar Smith was the technician who was extremely friendly, helpful. He did an amazing job. They came to our home and were done within 2 hours. Definitely reach out to them if your in need of wheel repair.

They fixed my crack and bent rim well, but unfortunately they didn’t follow instructions and do I asked them to only fix the front passenger and they fixed the back one. If I didn’t have the money to pay for both it would’ve been a problem. Just listen to customers instead of doing your own thing

This company is great. They got back to me with a quote within an hour and got 3 rims fixed the next day. Awesome service, competitive pricing and Lamar did an amazing job. I can’t even tell there was ever a problem.

Pictures tell the entire story! Superior work, budget friendly cost, and did the work at my location (upper palmetto SC)! Called them on Tuesday and the work was completed two days later. 'Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists - Charlotte' has my highest recommendation.

I was recommended to come see Luke and Chris at this shop, and it was a top notch experience. One stop shop for wheels repair mount balancing tires and putting the wheels on your car when they’re done! They were even courteous enough to store my second set of wheels there for a few days till I could come pick them up. I had 4 c63 AMG wheels just fully refinished here and I am very happy with the end result! Will be recommending them to future clients of mine and personal friends ! Thank you for bringing my wheels back to life and for the honest pleasant experience !

Easy to deal with and straightforward on how it works. They repaired two rims damaged by hitting curb. Checked for bent rims got lucky on that. At checkout he discounted the price by $20. Greatly appreciated the quality work. Can’t tell it was damaged
